Pros:

Great location nice price and the front deck was friendly

Cons:

They place was ok. Its bad when staff take their dogs out to use the bathroom and dont clean up after them. Also there were several nights unhomed individuals were sleeping in the parking lot or next to the building.

Never stayed because of rude, disrespect, disrespectful friend staff, and very racist
Pros:

I never even stayed here I asked the staff to return my money after the staff was rude and disrespectful and very racist at the front desk at checkout check-in and I decided not to stay there so I never checked it at all. I want my money back and no one wants to give me my money back to say that I didn’t even say it and this lady was so disrespectful and rude at the front desk. I will never ever even go there to stay again if I have what’s going to is there anyway you can give me my money back

Cons:

After the disrespectful and rude front desk, woman was very very racist. I decided not to check and stay there. I’d ask you have my money back by my card because I never even stayed there and no one wants to give me back my money and I want my money back. Is there anyway you can give me that money?

Pros:

Nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Love that the doors are locked so only guests can access the area so it felt pretty safe.

The hotel is in a great location close to shopping and dining. We would probably book again, but just know ahead of time
Pros:

The property was very clean and staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Didn’t realize that no cookware or dinnerware were provided (you have to buy a package) when I placed the reservation. Pets are allowed, which I don’t mind, but my kid was bit by another patrons large dog as we were walking down the hallway to our room. The first night we of our stay, someone was in the parking lot blaring music at 2am.

Pros:

I liked having the full size refrigerator, and stove. However to use the stove , if you needed a pot or utensils there was a kit you had to purchase. I could understand a deposit maybe but an extra charge, seemed there was an extra charge for anything , most of which should be standard. There were other hotels I could have stayed at for the same price and received these amenities included.

Cons:

I didn't like all the extra charged self services. As an extended stay, its 14 days between maid service, however i was only there 2 days, but to change my towels, it was self service and with an extra charge. I also checked in at the end of a long day of traveling , when I arrived I was tired and needed a bathroom , there were none in the lobby, so was anxious to get to my room but had to wait longer while the front desk turned her attention to a conversation with another employee that seemed to be something that could have been addressed after checking us in. Then 2 days later after Checkout there was unexpected cold weather. It was a foggy day and 32% outside. My husband who didn't have a jacket with us, we were in the separate waiting area waiting for our ride to pick us up. We were asked to leave by the front desk, we were not allowed to wait there. The whole experience was less than welcoming and very uncomfortable. The front desk was very rude.

Pros:

It's a brand new property as of March 2026 so it's pretty clean and the room is nice.

Cons:

However, the stove top did not work and they did not offer a new room or a solution, and told me that they couldn't provide a discount because I booked through Booking. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and generally unwilling to address concerns such as delayed arrival even after calling them multiple hours in advance. Also there was a dog in the room below me that would bark and whine the whole day.
