Pros:

Excellent location, great and comfortable room (junior suite), small fridge, good air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and there are food options (even if we’ve preferred street foods and the "Humus House"). The pool is great for cooling off after a hot day and the whole place has a great style and atmosphere to it.

Cons:

Nothing really, I would come back to this place.

Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

We booked a junior suite months in advance and on the day of arrival at 2.15pm, we were advised that our suite was no longer available and gave us two options:

1. Stay in the Deluxe Queen Room at our property and refund you 20$

2. We can assist in moving you to a nearby hotel (Jungle Addition Hotel) standard room.

We were not happy with either option as we booked the suite for the size and both options only offered a small room.

We were told that the Jungle Addition was a technical upgrade and an upscale hotel and chose this option and was given a comfort room.

The room was clean and comfortable but had no natural light making it feel dark, and like we were shoved in the corner,
definitely nothing like the suite we booked. It was not an upscale hotel and we left feeling disappointed.

Emplacement ideal et super hôtel
Pros:

Pierre-Marie est français et super sympa. Il est de très bon conseils.
L’hôtel est bien situé, la piscine très agréable
La chambre est grande, le lit aussi c’est très appréciable.

Pros:

Location is good, not too far from the main attractions. Good breakfast even if bit pricey.

Cons:

The windows of the room needs an upgrade. They barely close and do not provide any soundproofing. If your room faces the street it can be really noisy. Also the aircon is a bit dated.

An oasis in the heart of a busy city.
Pros:

A very nice small hotel tucked away on a side street that was quiet during the night.
The food was very good and the staff very helpful.
There was a lovely pool also.

Pros:

En oase i storbyen. Virkelig dejlig pool og hyggelig omgivelser.

Cons:

Det var god musik ved poolen. Lidt jazz og roligt pop. Men måske man ikke behøver at spille musik fra om morgen til om aften?! Engang imellem er det også rart bare uden musik.

Toiletdørene på værelset havde skodder, så man ikke kunne se ind, men lyden kunne sagtens komme ud, hvilket ikke er så fedt.

Et rum til 4 mennesker, men kun 2 stole på terrassen.

For meget lys fra udendørs spots om aften og natten. Ikke nødvendigt, da alle værelser havde udendørs lys som man selv kunne tænde og slukke.

Hotellets restaurant lidt til den dyre sidde. 7 dollars per person for morgenmad og 2 dollars for 1,5L vand. Heldigvis nemt nok at bestille mad og drikkelse udefra. Billigere og flere mad og drikke muligheder.

Nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis, le personnel est adorable et vraiment aux petits soins. L’emplacement est topissime (les cocktails à tomber) nous vous recommandons chaleureusement cet établissement 😊
