The pool area is beautiful. The lobby is very nice. The staff were very nice and accommodating toy early check in request. Breakfast was good. Next time I will try an omelette.

Excellent breakfast. The gentleman who was working the breakfast line was amazing.
The lobby and some of the halls of smelled like mold. (Which I am allergic to) When we took a shower, the water came right out onto the floor of the bathroom. We didn’t have enough towels to dry the floor and dry ourselves after the shower. We are senior citizens who could have easily slipped on the wet floor. The bed was comfortable and the tv was fine and the breakfast was good. I was so disappointed in the smell and the shower that it colored everything else. When the renovations are completed you correct the smell and fix the shower you should have a lovely place to stay.
The location, the fact that the hotel had a totally different name vs the name that in the booking, the riff raff that lurks at the front entrance smoking and around the location, no elevators. And way too much more to list.
It was convenient and very nice outside
The room I was in smelled a little like mildew, the table was sticky, the coffee maker didn’t work, the shower door didn’t work on one side, it was also leaking from the bottom. All minor issues, I was right in front of the pool, so it wasn’t enough for me to request another room
This is the second time we have stayed here and the beds are amazing. They are by far the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The breakfast is good and we enjoyed the omelet station, but get to breakfast early or you will have to wait on your omelet, trust me it is worth waiting for. The pool area is nice and it stays open later than I expected.

The room was comfortable. I had a nice couch I enjoyed it very much. The bed was comfortable. The room was decorated very nicely. The food was excellent in the morning. Shauna made omelets in the morning very delicious.
There was some terrible finding the hotel. Because the signs say Cottonwood. There are 2 small sighs that say Clarks Inn
