Lovely place apart from the poor check-in details and no mirror.
Pros:

It was clean and classy, with tea and coffee machine in the reception.

Cons:

The room had no mirror in the bathroom or the room. I had to do my make-up somewhere else. I dont think I ever stayed in a room with not even a little mirror in the bathroom. The digital key didn’t work we had to call 3 times till we were directed to another hotels reception to collect key cards and go back. The first calls was unanswered, 2nd call said walked around to reception, not true the other hotels reception was miles away. Only the 3rd call someone gave us directions to go and fetch the key cards. It took us around 20-30minutes to check in and it was a struggle.

Alles automatisch is ook niet goed komt vaak uit als er problemen zijn.
Pros:

De bedden heb geen personeel gesproken en alleen achter het raam sxhoon aan het maken.
Met problemen moest je bellen en dat was in de nacht wel lastig de deuren bleven steken in de nacht daardoor wakker gemaakt door andere bezoekers en je kin gelijk niet meer slapen.

Cons:

De omschrijving al hierboven gegeven dat je alles per telefoon moest doen.

De locatie nabij het centrum

Cons:

Kleine kamer. Mijn man (1,97cm groot) neemt veel ruimte in die ruimte was er niet.

De locatie is top! In een zijstraatje van het centrum van Gouda waardoor je niet last hebt van de drukte. Alles werkte goed en de kamers waren goed school.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

De locatie is perfect! Je zit midden in het centrum van Gouda in een zijstraat waardoor je geen last hebt van de drukte. Zeer ruime en schone kamer tegen een schappelijke prijs!

Tout géré sans personnel, on discute avec une IA et il faut installer une appli pour ouvrir la porte et avoir sa clé numérique : faut avoir bien de la batterie quand on arrive !

Le wc était contre la douche: difficile d’accès pour les 2 …:(
et l’évier dans un placard!! Digne d’une auberge de jeunesse. Une lumière sans prise….

Een sfeervolle, moderne en zorgeloze overnachting in hartje Gouda — helemaal top!
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig, midden in het historische centrum van Gouda. Het gebouw is prachtig gerenoveerd en straalt sfeer en kwaliteit uit. Het volledig self-service concept vond ik heel prettig: alles werkte eenvoudig, duidelijk en soepel. Het voelde fijn, comfortabel en privé. Als allereerste gast na vijf jaar verbouwen was het echt bijzonder om hier te mogen verblijven!

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Alles zag er nieuw, schoon en stijlvol uit en het self-service concept is perfect uitgevoerd.

Pros:

Pand lag centraal in centrum. Bed lag prima. Beneden was er koffie, thee te halen.

Cons:

Kamer was eigenlijk te klein. Toilet was bijna niet te gebruiken, stond te dicht op de douche, zodat je bijna niet kon zitten. Bedlampjes deden het niet, een had zelfs geen stopcontact. De prijs was te hoog voor het gebodene.
