Great pool, & reasonable value for mobey
Pros:

We loved the pool, it's a good size for swimming, and has a few loungers with dappled shade.
The hotel mostly had very few guests and was nice and quiet. On one day there was a wedding and there was a lot of noise ( music/ chatter) in the bedroom , coming from the banqueting hall below. But it was finished by 6pm, so no problem at night. I think the hotel specialises in weddings/ conferences etc, with a few bedrooms as ancillary business.
The room was totally fine for the money, nothing special but clean, had 2 small soft armchairs , good shower, air con etc. The bed linen was poor quality though. The curtains aren't light proof. And you have to ask for things you need - towel change, rubbish emptying , hairdryer etc. - but it all comes, and with a smile. There's a big terrace ( shared, but no body else there) outside the room, but no outside furniture. I'm sure this could be arranged if requested.

Excellent!
Pros:

Perfect stay! Very friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful pool and delicious breakfast. Me and a friend stayed here to unwind after a road trip through inland Sri Lanka and this hotel exceeded all our expectations. Would come back any day!

Pros:

The location was good. Had a good swimming pool.

Cons:

Staff was super disorganized, no front desk/room-service etiquette, not the cleanest room, hard and uncomfortable bed, no chairs to sit or lay by the pool or patio, too noisy.

Not at the level of the price !
Pros:

Some team members of the hotel which tried to do their best despite a lack of tools, budget and support from the owner of the hotel who is totally far to know how to satisfy a customer

Cons:

When we arrived, the room was not ready and not clean : no toilet paper, no towels, no water, hairs in beds, blood stains on pillow and hair clip in the bathroom from the previous customer.
No hot water for 3 days, we gave cold shower to our 3 young kids.
No WiFi for 80% of the time.
Price 165€ per night.
After discussion with the owner of the hotel he gave us a large discount of 10% !!!! And take off the phone during our discussion.
Rating of 4 with 1 for the owner and 7 for the team members

Good stay!!!
Pros:

It's Clean, close to the beach, good facilities, and not over priced like other places in this condition. Room service food is good and fresh and cheap too

Cons:

Wash room sink was leaking water to the floor. Not a big deal
