Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness and 'todo muy limpio' / 'very clean'; one isolated report of a cockroach reduces enthusiasm but overall cleanliness is commonly noted as good.
Service
1
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, accommodating and responsive ('went extra mile', 'personal muy atento', 'Werry kind and responsive staff'), so service sentiment is clearly positive.
Location
1
Location is consistently highlighted as excellent/central/close to nightlife and the beach ('ubicación inmejorable', 'close to all main nightlife', 'proximidad a la plaza'), so location sentiment is strongly positive.
Room Quality
1
Many comments about beds/mattresses and pillows being uncomfortable, thin walls/noise between rooms and hallways, handheld-only shower issues and occasional pest sighting; mixed positives (new rooms, terraces) but significant negative reports lower room-quality sentiment.
Amenities
1
Several reviews mention missing or insufficient essentials (no fridge, missing or borrowed hairdryer, weak/unstable Wi‑Fi, no coffee shop on site), plus parking difficulty — overall amenities sentiment is negative.
Value for Money
1
Multiple reviewers call it a well-run budget hotel and mention price is good/acceptable ('precio es bueno', 'Cena ok', 'Цена'), though some note it's basic; overall value sentiment is mildly positive.
Food and Beverage
1
Not mentioned in the reviews — Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Overall Experience
1
Mixed overall impressions: many guests praise location, cleanliness and staff, but recurring issues with room comfort, missing amenities, noise and occasional cleanliness incident lead to a modestly negative overall experience balance.

Buena experiencia general
Pros:
