Se non fosse stato per Hotiday, sarebbe stato tutto magnifico.

Cons:

Supplemento per il cagnolino forse un po troppo alto, ma la cosa peggiore è stato avere a che fare con Hotiday. Ho prenotato a maggio ed ho subito cercato di mettermi in contatto con loro, dai quali non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Arrivata sul posto a luglio li ho chiamati per informazioni e sono stata due ore in attesa senza mai ricevere una risposta. Vi consiglio di prenotare direttamente presso la struttura dove c’è uno staff sempre a disposizione, gentile e celere per ogni necessità!
Pessimo servizio, prima ed ultima volta che prenoto qualcosa che abbia a che fare con Hotiday.

However, this hotel is not called Hotiday Lerici Porto !! It is a scam and it booked you to a different hotel and told you that it is not really illegal!! It should have stated clearly that they are an agency booking rooms with other hotel!

Behagligt hotell med bra läge!
Pros:

Hotellet, som är samma som Hotel Byron, har ett fantastiskt bra läge nära strand och nära centrum. Mycket trevlig personal. Sköna sängar och väl fungerande AC. Bra frukost.

Cons:

Lite svårt med parkering, om man inte har bokat i förväg på gatan utanför, men man kunde boka på en golfbana ca 10 min promenad från hotellet. Av-och ilastning av bagage kunde dock göras precis framför porten. Boka gärna solstolar i förväg för stranden nedanför hotellet…ffa i högsäsong!

La mancanza di intervento di manutenzione della ventola del bagno segnalata il primo giorno e mai risolta . Finestra della camera dava verso un muro distante un metro

Struttura bella, personale davvero gentile e disponibile, posizione dell’hotel ottima

Cons:

Camera improponibile per un hotel a 4 stelle. L’affaccio della stanza era su un muro di confine con annesso un “bel” tubo di scarico arancione (il tutto a forse 50cm dalla finestra).
