Pros:

Great location, fabulous spacious room

Cons:

Smell of oil at the entrance and “lobby” of the hotel - this is coming from the kitchen/ restaurant at the front section of the hotel

Self service check in was ok, nice member of staff could be called with any issues. It’s functional rather than welcoming

We thought the booking was fake, it's definately real!
Pros:

Well damn, if you thought the same as me. Thinking it was fake or too good to be true. It's real! Honestly our favorite stay out of 7 accomodations in Japan across 23 days. We couldn't fault it at all. We'll be back for another visit sooner than later hopefully.

位置好，房间新&大，设施新
Pros:

位置很好。对面就是京都最老牌的甜品店。排队太省事了，😄

附近也有很多好吃的，边上就是三条通，到鸭川也很方便。

是新的物业，设施很新，很大。入住体验很好。

Cons:

就是接待处没有人，也没有方法可以联系到物业的人员。 连帮忙叫个出租车也不方便。

Cons:

カード型キーが反応せず部屋に入れなかった。
チェックインが少し複雑で、後から遅れてくる家族には手渡しで鍵を渡す事に。通信先のオペレーターの方もわからない様子。

Pros:

This hotel was lovely.. Room was quiet, comfortable and high quality. The bed, furniture, linens and fixtures all felt luxurious. Pajamas, bathrobes, kettle, tea and keurig were provided. Our room had a spacious bathroom and large tub, as well as a small bonus room with a miniature Zen garden. The hotel location was perfect for exploring the city and just a few blocks from the Nishiki market.

Staff was exceptional. The manager and desk clerk went above and beyond to assist during a minor personal emergency. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
