엘리베이터가 너무 느리네요.
신축으로 깨끗했고, 아이 1명 있는 세식구가 함께 하기에
부족합이 없었습니다.

조금 작긴 했지만 최상층에 위치한 인피니티풀! 꼭 경험해 보세요!
전체 객실수 대비 엘리베이터 숫자가 부족해 보이지는 않던데...
시스템이 이상한건지...엘리베이터 이용 시간이 너무 불편합니다.
어디 나가면 객실로 돌아가기 너무 힘들어요!
great view on the sea, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and well designed rooms, amazingly comfortable beds, close to the see and restaurants, CU located on the 5th floor
extra fee for the swimming pool of 38k Wons / person which should normally change the rating to 6-7 but positives are still overruling, waiting time for elevators - up 15 mins during check-in/out time
오픈한지 얼마 안된 시설이라 깨끗함. 타월, 베딩 등 새 것이라 너무 좋음. 7번 국도, 해변에서 정말 가까움.
가격 좋을때 재사용 의사 있음.
커다란 시설에 비해 운영은 아직. 혹은 비용 절감 중인지… 인력훈련이 더 필요해보였음. 호텔인이라 느낀 분은 조식부페 매니저(?)급 두 분뿐. 같은 사안에 다른 부서에서 다른 정보를 준다든지 하는 일이 있었음.
인피니티풀 샤워장에 탈수기 없어 아쉬웠음. 해수욕하러 오는 손님이 다수일터인데 에어건이 1개뿐, 발 씼을 수도가 없어 호텔입실시 줄이 길었음. 샤워실에 빨래줄 있으면 정말 유용하겠음.
Executive floor에 있었는데 라운지 음식이 3일간 동일했고(음식 자체는 좋았음), 짐도 옮겨주지 않았고, 객실내 미니바도 없고…. 메리트가 없었음.
Crazy building, very, very crowded every tyme every place. Two elevators for more than 30 floors ... sometimes 30 to 40 minutes waitting elevator ... two hours waitting for Check-in ... this is not only bad management or unprofessional work, it's a really case for police action.

아무래도 호텔 부지가 좀 적다보니 주변이 건물이었던 점들.. 그게 좀 아쉬웠습니다..

1) The size of hotel room is relatively small
2) House keeping service is not a good(they don't offer once a day service of turn down)
3) Operating elevators are not enough for hotel capacity. Only two on the floor.

방, 위치 등 좋았습니다
건물크기와 방의 수에 비해 엘레베이터가 3대 뿐이라 체크인, 체크아웃때 엄청 기다려야 합니다.
바다 전망 좋고 바다와 가까워서 좋았어요.

청소 시간 알려 주고 부탁했는데 안 돼어 있어서 다시 부탁해서 한부분이 좀 아쉬웠어요
만실이라고 들었지만 깨끗하고 아주 조용했습니다. 지인들에게 적극 추천중입니다.
단, 엘리베이터 운행이 조금 더 고민을 부탁드립니다. 만실이라서 그랬을꺼라 생각은 드는데 머무는 동안 한번도 예외없이 동시에 상향하고 동시에 하향하는 상황이었습니다ㅠ.
