Pros:

Struttura nuova e pulita, staff super cordiale. Bisogna camminare una mezz'oretta per raggiungere il centro città, ma è anche a 10 minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto quindi ottimo punto.

Friendly staff
Pros:

Staff is professional and friendly.
I had a good experience late at night when my key broke, Emir was very good in handling the situation and was kind enough to make sure everything was in order.

Cons:

The second time I came to the hotel was when my key broke of my apartment, I booked a room last minute late in the evening, eventually I didnt sleep in the room or used it, I asked a polite refund but this was denied unfortunately, they could have done me a favour but it was still in their right. Regarding this, the hotel was still fabulous! Ill come again when my key will break off ;))

Habitación perfecta comer algo de allí caro
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy muy bien y muy completo en cuanto a accesorios como cepillo de dientes, jabones, cremas...
Además cerca del hotel hay una panadería de las de toda la vida con cosas riquísimas.

Cons:

Los precios de la carta y del minibar eran muy caros, me parece excesivo un sándwich de pechuga de pollo por 23 euros por ejemplo

Pros:

Personale sempre presente (h24) e super gentile.
Stanze pulitissime, addirittura ci hanno lavato i piatti da una sera all’altra senza richiesta.
È un po’ lontano dal centro, ma c’è una metro a poco meno di 10 minuti a piedi e diverse fermate autobus nei paraggi, quindi non è un problema.

I loved my stay here, I slept like a rose and could not think of anything I would add to this stay.
Pros:

It was very clean, situated next to a metro station and it had a supermarket nearby. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating.

Pozele din rezervare arătau un pic diferit, era o camera cu doua paturi separata de mobila sau un panou de lemn care ar fi dat mult mai multa intimitate
