Clean, new, beautiful, well-located

Perfect stay
Pros:

A wonderful stay on the Virginia Tech camp. New bar and restaurant fabulous. Rooms comfortable, pretty dark. folks who worked there were really great.

Nice new hotel on edge of UVA campus
Pros:

Nice new hotel on the edge of the UVA campus. It is actually owned by the university, we were told. The public spaces, room, and gym are all new and clean with a touch of luxury. Beds and room were comfortable and cozy. They even left chocolates and a bottle of wine in our room on my mom's birthday, Thank you Virginia Guesthouse for a great stay!

Pros:

The staff was universally, delightful, starting with Dirk, who met us at the turnabout out front, and gave us delightful and interesting background information about this relatively new facility. The design of the rooms is excellent, and the facility is immaculate. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Way finding signage could be improved. It was confusing as to how to get back-and-forth from the garage.
