The staff was universally, delightful, starting with Dirk, who met us at the turnabout out front, and gave us delightful and interesting background information about this relatively new facility. The design of the rooms is excellent, and the facility is immaculate. We would definitely stay here again.
Way finding signage could be improved. It was confusing as to how to get back-and-forth from the garage.

Good thing it wasn’t raining because you have no cover when unloading luggage. Have no cover from parking garage to hotel. No elevator in parking garage. WIFI no good.
Lovely hotel in a great location. The gym was solid and it is a beautiful facility. Given the fact that the hotel is new there are a lot of kinks which need to get worked out. These are summarized below.
The service at Perch was extremely slow. There was one waitress for 12+ tables so it wasn't her fault. The food selection at Perch also left a lot to be desired.
One of the elevators was out of service which also made for interminable waits.
It should also be made clear that parking was $15 a day. This wasn't mentioned anywhere.
The rate offered when I called the hotel was almost $900! I told the agent that on booking.com it was $622. She could not match the rate or work with me so I just booked it online.
