Piu' attenzione alla pulizia
Pros:

Alla reception siamo stati acvolti da una gentilissima ragazza che si e' scusata per i lavori in corso che interessavano la zona bar/colazione

Cons:

La camera non era pulita, i pavimenti appiccicosi, le asciugamani non pulite , siamo stati solo una notte di passaggio ma per lo stesso prezzo ci sono strutture molto piu' pulite

Pros:

Clean rooms, bed and pillows were good. Breakfast was well supported. Nice and very helpfull personnel + seemed to be happy, smiling :). We received good recommendations for viewing. Easy to wash clothes in the hotel, detergent could be bought from the reception. Location close to all places we visited.

The hotel staff had great customer service and the hotel was very clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok. They had a waffle maker, eggs, pork sausage, plain bagels, cereal, milk, orange juice and coffee.
