綺麗なお部屋でスタッフも親切です。
At first, we were a little concerned when we arrived very late/early in the day because the street was not well-lit, and the hotel looked small. However, after meeting up with the staff the next morning, we have to say we were glad we stayed at Sora Hotel. Our family met Đức, the front desk person. He was very sweet, polite, attentive, and so helpful. He asked us about our plans while we were in Hanoi & offered his assistance if we ever needed anything. I expressed that I might need a driver to Ninh Binh. He got right to it and assured us not to worry; he would find us a driver and keep us posted. We also enjoyed our breakfast times with the quiet but nice chef and his co-staff.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Sora Hotel in Hanoi. We for sure will come back!
The AC was not as cold as how we like it to be.

Very friendly and accommodating staff - comfortable beds and quiet - easy walking distance to old town and close to railway station - good value for money - breakfast was reasonably good.
Would have appreciated some black tea in the room and at breakfast rather than green tea

Quiet! I had to move from another hotel in the old quarter, due to noise. Comfy bed. Excellent cleaning crew. Friendly front desk.
Breakfast (please change the bread and the juice at minimum)
Het hotel was schoon, de ligging is perfect dichtbij het treinstation. Wij hebben er gebruik van gemaakt na de nachttrein om even een ochtend bij te slapen. Het ontbijt is erg netjes en erg vriendelijke mensen. De kamer is erg schoon, netjes en fijne bedden!.
