Besides the one employee. Always good.
Pros:

It's a nice place to stay.

Cons:

Bad customer service. It's just this one lady that will never give me my room. Barely will rent me a room. Very rude.

The accommodation is perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. It was a large room, which I would describe as comfortable and tidy. The staff were friendly. Good value for money

Decent, reasonable price, but did not get the accessible room requested.

Good price and convenient location

Cons:

We asked for an "accessible" room. But instead, they gave us a room on the second floor (no elevator). Difficult for us (my husband had 2 knee replacements last year) to get to. We would have looked elsewhere but it was late and we were tired. Plus, Huntsville traffic is a nightmare.

Pros:

I liked that it was clean. I liked the TV and other amenities.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable. There was no hotel lock on the door so we felt a bit unsafe. It smelled weird. It was just kinda run down and old.
