Hôtel décevant et non conforme aux avis laissés par les voyageurs
Pros:

Emplacement et accès en véhicule simple et facile

Cons:

La propreté très douteuse de la chambre soit disant prête mais qui ne l 'était pas :poubelle non vidée, drap taché et non changé.
Un petit-déjeuner très moyen et très limité en choix soi- disant inclus mais avec beaucoup d'options payantes

Tranquilo, confortable y con un servicio más que excelente.
Pros:

El servicio fue excepcional, el gerente nos apoyó bastante a la hora de nuestra llegada.
El estilo de las habitaciones, en general todo el hotel y su decoración fueron perfectos, además era muy limpio y tranquilo.

Cons:

El desayuno estaba bien pero fue una porción minina de comida lo que nos sirvieron, nos quedamos con algo de hambre.

La limpieza de la habitación, la limpieza y orden en el hotel, lo agradable de las instalaciones externas, y un desayuno sencillo pero sabroso y nutritivo

Cons:

Hace falta una silla o sillón dentro de la habitación para poder sentarse a leer o tomar alguna bebida, es un poco incomodo hacer esto sentado en una cama un poco alta

Cute small hotel with exceptional service
Pros:

The public areas are really nicely designed. The location is great. Breakfast was nice, but above all, the service was just exceptional.

Cons:

The room isn't very big, but we were only there for one night so it wasn't really an issue. The AC didn't seem cooperate when I tried to turn on a bit of heating (we visited during a cold front).

Great staff and location, but lacking attention to detail for a "boutique" hotel.
Pros:

Prime Location: Situated in the heart of authentic Mérida, within walking distance to great local restaurants and the main plaza.
Exceptional Staff: The personnel are incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. They truly make you feel welcome.
Charming Design: The hotel features beautiful architecture and a very aesthetic, boutique-style atmosphere.
Great Breakfast: While simple, the breakfast was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared.

Cons:

Hygiene & Maintenance: The pool was unusable due to green, stagnant water. Furthermore, we were provided with stained towels; even if they were laundered, it significantly lowers the perception of cleanliness.
Lack of Soundproofing: Despite being advertised as soundproof, the walls are very thin. We could hear every conversation from the neighbors and noise from the hallway.
Room Size: The rooms are very cramped for a family (2+2). Managing large luggage and a stroller in such a tight space was a major challenge.

Pros:

The breakfast was really good, also it is really great design of hotel.

Cons:

They did not have a bar or some food available - despite being the city center, there is not much nearby restaurants or street food available. They did let us order some food into hotel via Uber eats, and even offer us plates. The rooms are a little bit stuffy and they are really not soundproof. The pool is a decorating element, not really a pool to swim in. The location is a bit off - it is not their fault but just to keep in mind, you need transportation to all attractions.
