Nice, comfortable and cost effective hotel in a great location
Pros:

The room is very comfortable including the bathroom. Location is superb and there's even a mall right outside (with a small replica of eiffel tower :D), clean neighborhood and you can walk and explore stuff around. Location is great as you can get to almost all major places with a 20min walk or short taxi rides. Some reviwers say the hotel lacks a lift but the hotel is literally on the first floor (not ground), if lifting suitcase for a min is not a blocker for you (def not a dealbreaker for me). Staff was very accommodating for all our requests, from extra water bottles on a hot day to storing luggage for 4-5h post check out. Metro station is literally a 4 min walk.

Cons:

WiFi almost didn't reach my room, but I ignored as I had local sim data, so the smart TV was almost redundant. Breakfast is just a small basic box from nearby canteen, so don't have high expectations from it.

Don’t bother order breakfast. It’s terrible

Location was excellent. Private apartment was gold as felt like my home.

Cons:

В душе - стыки замазаны неприятным цветом силиконом, что приносит неприятное ощущение. Краны очень сложно понять - в какую сторону открывать, чтобы подобрать нужную температуру!
Раковина - интересной формы, н не практичная, брызги на себя летят.
Дверь входная - неплотная, имеются зазоры большие, что создает неудобства в номере со звуком.
Воду не принесли на второй день.
Телевизор - висит криво, что некомфортно для просмотра.

Good location.

Cons:

Despite the staff trying their best, it is difficult to communicate with them. We had to ask for an additional set of towels more than once. There is hot water but you need to wait a few minutes before getting it.

Pros:

Новая мебель и бытовая техника, свежий ремонт. В целом в номерах достаточно чисто, пыль только в труднодоступных местах.

Cons:

-1 балл: белье и полотенца стираные, но одно было полностью жёлтое и на каждой веще много больших въевшихся пятен; -1 балл: вода серьезно протекает сквозь душевую кабинку даже при аккуратном использовании маленьким душем; -1 балл: караоке через дорогу, но очень громко и очень мешает до 23:00; -1 балл: завтрак приносят ни к 9:00 или 10:00 как договаривались, а в рандомное время; -1 балл: фен крутой фирмы, но один на весь отель, надо записываться в очередь! В номерах нет накопителя для хранения второго рулона туалетной бумаги, придется обращаться к персоналу. Местами из стен торчат провода.
