The staff was so rude.
They checked me out of their system even before my checkout time. I asked for access to go to the swimming pool before my checkout time and the young lady told me no in a very harsh way infront of another guest. I was humiliated. As I was leaving she held me at the door for 20 minutes just so that the other staff could check if there was anything missing in the room. This was not the case for other guests I saw checking out.
I believe this action was because I am black African coz the attitude was very off not in one case but in many cases during my stay.

I asked the cleaning lady to give me 30 minutes to check out at 12.30 because my access was removed and that caused me to have delays at the reception. The cleaning lady agreed but the receptionist completely refused saying she has many guests and and I am affecting her work.

Very rude lady and dare I say very racist.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'hotel è praticamente nuovo,interni e arredamento veramente di qualità . La palestra mi è piaciuta: tutti gli attrezzi nuovi. La receptionist è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile. Mi hanno permesso anche di fare il check-in anticipato. Sono stato veramente bene: è stata un'esperienza piacevole e lo consiglio a tutti.

Fiquei encantado com as instalações modernas do hotel. Tudo é muito bem cuidado, bonito e pensado para facilitar a vida do hóspede. Os ambientes são amplos, iluminados e têm aquele toque de conforto que faz a gente se sentir em casa. Foi uma experiência muito agradável e certamente voltarei.

Cons:

Gostei muito do hotel: tudo moderno, limpo e aconchegante, exatamente como eu esperava. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi não haver café da manhã disponível, o que teria facilitado bastante a rotina. Mesmo assim, minha experiência foi positiva e voltaria a me hospedar.

Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. wenn man auf ein Frühstück mehr als 30min warten muss und dann auch noch inkomplett kommt.
Einen Tag ging der Wasserhahn der dusche kaputt, am nächsten Tag kam nur heißes Wasser.

Voltaria, sem dúvida. Quarto maravilhoso!
Pros:

O prédio é novíssimo, muito bonito e agradável. O quarto é maravilhoso: decoração lindíssima e conforto completo. Cama muito aconchegante.

Cons:

A comunicação é sempre por WhatsApp e, às vezes, falha. A falta de uma portaria mais ágil e 24h é um ponto importante.
Todo o sistema de cadastro para a chegada é um pouco complicado e não muito eficiente.

Pros:

El personal muy amable y atento. Agradecido por el café de bienvenida. El lugar excelente ubicación muy tranquilo. El lugar limpio, elegante y habitación confortable.

Cons:

No es algo de criticar es moderno pero al entrar a la habitación hay que ingresar una contraseña pudiera tener una opción de tarjeta como llave para entrar.
