Trato de la chica que nos atendió en la tarde noche . La verdad un genia
Avisar con tiempo las medidas de seguridad y como era la dirección del lugar . Tiene que aclarar eso cuando tiene turismo del extranjero.
Hotel novo e lindo.
Infelizmente a alarme de incêndio tocou mais de 3x na mesma noite e passaram a senha do nosso quarto para um desconhecido, que acabou entrando no quarto quando estávamos nos preparando para dormir.
Hotel excepcional. Tudo novo e funcionando perfeitamente! A academia é um show a parte.

the windows are very poorly fitted and if placed with sound insulating the experience would have been perfect.
The issue is the noise due to being poorly built.

Instalações novinhas, área da academia e piscina são sensacionais, localização ótima! Ao lado tem um café que facilita muito pra comer pela manhã
Também gostamos demais por já ter as bebidas e snacks no quarto - apesar de caro, é um conforto a mais para o hóspede.
Cama com tamanho ótimo, muito confortável, roupas de camas limpas e travesseiros muito bons também.
Fluxo de água do chuveiro fraco, oscilava demais a temperatura. Tapetes e cortinas sujos, deu uma leve agonia!
O local é lindo demais!! Os atendentes super simpáticos e solícitos, desde o segurança que fica na entrada até a camareira que limpou nosso quarto. Sensacional!! Voltarei, com toda certeza!!

Only the bed, they have a thicker one compared than other hotels in São Paulo, which makes me feel good.
1.The breakfast, they didn’t show clear information that, you should go out of the building and walk 25 meters to a cafe bar and ask for a breakfast set. Not convenient at all, I spent over one week in this hotel, paying all the breakfast and I only go to one time for breakfast.
2.room service only available before 1-2pm. After 2pm, they will inform you the service is off work.
3. Double charges for mini bar, I am sure they charged me twice for the cost, the reason is their machine didn’t show that they received the money, but I indeed lose the money from my card. Until now, they didn’t return me the money.
4.no printer machine for the invoice, you must wait for the email.
Above all, I don’t think this hotel can award a 4 stars on booking. I have book over 10 hotels in São Paulo. It’s the worst experience I have ever met!
