One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in
Pros:

The hotel is cosy, welcoming and elegant and very well-located in Toledo old town. The staff were lovely – the service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Our room was extremely comfortable – with a large bed and a very well set up en suite bathroom. Everything we could’ve needed for our day was provided. We ate dinner and breakfast there and the food was delicious. We only had an overnight stay on our way down through Spain but already thinking of returning to Toledo and staying again in this hotel.

We were driving and the hotel has some limited offsite parking. We pre-booked the parking (that process was very efficient) but I missed the hotel’s video about parking. If you book parking, make sure that you get the hotel’s video which tells you where to go and what to do. The arrangement works well but it does need to be explained.

La réception est aimable et efficace.
Le restaurant est de bonne qualité mais tout n'est pas disponible. Certaines spécialités (courantes) manquent au menu.. une ligne rouge indique les plats manquants.
Mieux vaut faire une nouvelle carte dans ce cas. Dommage,.on a bien mangé.

Le stationnement est difficile. Bien suivre les instructions de l'hôtel si vous prenez le parking avec eux. Mieux vaut déposer la voiture au parking puis aller à pied à l'hôtel ensuite sinon c'est galère
