Un lugar excepcional
Pros:

La atención del personal. La habitación super cómoda. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. La cama muy cómoda. La ambientación. TODO

Cons:

Todo excelente. Solo recomendaría que contraten personal que ayude con el traslado del equipaje, ya que el estacionamiento del hotel, se encuentra alejado del mismo y es cuesta arriba.

Solo había 1 tipo de zumo en el desayuno buffet, a mi hij no puede tomar zumo de naranja. Pedimos uno de piña y nos lo cobraron a parte 😅

Una noche inolvidable.
Pros:

Perfecto, un edificio histórico en pleno centro de la ciudad, a dos pasos de la catedral, excelente rehabilitación y habitación muy acogedora. El personal sumamente atento.

Pros:

The staff were accomodating and helpful. The room was roomy and beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. The street was very quiet (a welcome relief from our stay in Madrid, where we could hear street noise all night long.) Yet the hotel is a short walk from the square and the top sites in the city.

Cons:

Nothing. Every aspect of our stay was wonderful.

It was a great experience.
Pros:

Loved the hotel staff and the rooms look exceptional.

Cons:

The location in all the toledo hotels are difficult to reach if you have not been warned about the roads. Expected the receptionist during my checkin to be a bit more helpful. But the staff that came to help us after was exceptionally helpful and nice.
