Pros:

Tres bon hotel pour passage court
Pros:

La vue depuis la chambre, tres propre, literie de qualitĂŠ, la dĂŠco et l'ambiance du restaurant et la vue ĂŠgalement !

Cons:

Aucune isolation du bruit entre la chambre et le couloir. A l'extĂŠrieur pas mal de bruit ĂŠgalement
Douche qui coule Ă  l'extĂŠrieur.
Restaurant personnel tres agrĂŠable mais nourriture moyenne : agneau dur comme semelle alors qu'on a demandĂŠ rosĂŠ.
Long temps d'attente au petit dÊjeuner . Et leur formule pas terrible, tout extra est payant, comme un deuxième cafÊ par exemple

We really enjoyed our stay at Luma and Lia. The place was comfortable, welcoming, and made our trip even more enjoyable. Everything was lovely, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kigali.

Fantastic stay! The greatest staff and the most stunning rooftop
Pros:

Everything about this place was WONDERFUL! It is located 10min away from the airport so it was easy to get there after a long flight.
The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, especially Larissa at the reception who took care of me since day one, she helped me with everything, from exchanging money to arranging transportation for me to Lake Kivu and so on 😍Denise the supervisor was also very helpful during my stay giving me her personal number just to make sure that I will arrive to my destination safely 🥹
The pictures of the property are very realistic, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the rooftop is FANTASTIC, the view and food are to die for!
I would highly recommend this boutique hotel and i would definitely stay there again.

Pros:

The facility is great. Gave me exact experience i was looking for. Staff is gentle and great and polite. They managed to facilitate my travels to the meetings and around Kigali once I was done with work.

The facility can improve on the food, and introduce some variety particularly for breakfast.

Ein Rundumblick Ăźber Kigali mit vorzĂźglicher KĂźche und freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat vor 6 Monaten erĂśffnet und ist ganz neu. Umwerfend ist der 360 Grad Blick Ăźber Kigali vom Restaurant aus. Auch der Ausblick aus einigen Zimmern ist sehr gut. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es wird vieles mĂśglich gemacht. Das Restaurant bietet eine vorzĂźgliche KĂźche!

Cons:

Die Zimmer hatten keine Klimaanlage. Dies wäre ggf. nicht notwendig gewesen, wenn draußen am Gebäude eine Art Verschattung angebracht worden wäre. Angesichts des nicht ganz stabilen Stromnetzes in Kigali ist ggf. eine Klimaanlage auch noch nicht angebracht. Es wurde nicht ganz klar kommuniziert, welche Getränke und Speisen im Preis für das Frühstück inkludiert sind. Es gibt kein Buffet. So wurden schnell Dinge nachberechnet.

An amazing stay in Kigali!
Pros:

The room was so lovely and comfortable. The staff were amazing and they went above and beyond. I was leaving at 4am one morning to go to Volcanoes National Park and they prepared a breakfast for me to take, checking in with me to make sure that it was okay. The breakfast everyday was so delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

A little thing is just about the curtains covering the window so the sunlight isn’t streaming in at sunrise.
