Excellent Hotel...
Everything was brand new and very clean. Keep it maintained this way and this place will be a hit
Cabanas are $100 per day? Really? This isn’t Las Vegas nor should it be. Why would you even charge guests this much? It should be free or $25 a day. Most folks are going to go to the beach anyways. Nobody is going to spend a whole day at a hotel pool (even though it is nice) when you’re in Hawaii. Seems like a misstep here.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. Every member of the team made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I would especially like to thank the front desk staff—Jarissa, Novy, Bev, Taylor, Ian, and Michelle—as well as Aspyn from Housekeeping. Their kindness, courtesy, and dedication to excellent service made my visit truly memorable.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt House during my trip to Hawaii. Throughout my visit, I experienced exceptional service and did not encounter a single issue or problem. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Honolulu and look forward to staying there again in the future.
