Het was aangenaam, maar onvoldoende naar mijn verwachtingen
Pros:

De kamer/appartement was in orde.
Personeel was zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was voldoende maar eentonig.
Het personeel was in de meeste momenten afwezig. Er was geen lift aanwezig.
De afstand naar Porto viel wat tegen. En de omgeving/het uitzicht viel tegen. Wij dachten op een rustige plaats terecht te komen, maar er was wel een drukte van verkeer langs de baan. Het uitzicht op de Douro wordt ook belemmerd door de brug die er staat en het groen dat woekert. Parking binnen het domein ligt redelijk steil naar beneden en moeilijk te draaien om terug te keren.

A fabulous hotel with wonderful amenities and an artsy ambiance.
Pros:

Loved the furnishings, the art, the view! The jacuzzi was a fabulous and to the trip. The staff was extremely helpful. We enjoyed our dinner on the terrace!

Wer gerne fährt hat einen tollen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Schöne Lage etwas außerhalb von Porto (ca.10 Km). Man braucht ein Auto. Besitzer hat großes Faible für Amerika. Sehr viele Statuen von Elvis und Marilyn, Beschallung ebenso, Aber nicht aufdringlich. Umfangreiches Frühstück und zwei 24 Stunden benutzbare Whirlpools. Tolle Sicht auf den Duoro. Schnell erreichbare Strände.

Cons:

Etwas weniger Motorräder am Wochenende.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa neste hotel! Desde o momento do check-in, a equipa foi extremamente acolhedora e profissional. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo, era muito espaçoso e com uma cama super confortável. O pequeno-almoço tinha muita variedade e produtos frescos. A localização também é excelente. Sem dúvida que iremos voltar e recomendo a todos!"

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, aber mit viel zu kleien Zimmern.
Pros:

Die Lage, das Früfstück und das Restaurant war gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war absolut zu klein und somit war der Aufenthalt unangenehm. Wir waren mit dem Motorrad unterwegs und hatten kaum Platz unsere Koffer abzustellen
