Gut im von dort weiterzufahren
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhof Ninh Binh und zwischen dem beiden Stadtkernen Ninh Binh und Tamcoc. Mit Roller oder Grab gut zu navigieren, Flussläufen ist es schwer. Der Pool auf dem Dach bietet eine tolle Aussicht

Cons:

Obwohl das Hotel noch sehr neu ist, wirkt es leider etwas lieblos und hastig zusammengebaut. Viele Dinge waren lose oder schlecht montiert. Das Zimmer war eher ungemütlich. Der Pool war etwas dreckig

Good location, just to get some rest
Pros:

Location was nice, beside busy street but windows were noise proof. I wouldn't open them because of smoke form streets anyway. AC was working fine and room was spacious.

Cons:

Bathroom was open, so after each shower it was hard to get out dry because everything was wet. Besides everything was "low quality", quite different from the pictures. Bathtub was swaying, there was hair in the drainage and swimming pool leaves a lot to be desired, including not existing bar and few sunbeds. Best part of it was view, because it is located on the roof.

Pros:

We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen en ook al waren we ver voor incheck tijd, mochten we toch op de kamer. Heerlijk bex, fijne douche en er werd met zorg op onze fietsen gepast. Extra sloten en gebarricadeerd met scooters. S avonds even het zwembad in is een aanradr, alleen al vanwege het uitzicht.

Cons:

Jammer dat we extra voor ontbijt moesten beyalen, fat was ons niet duidelijk. Ontbijt eas wel prima trouwens.

Cons:

Upon arrival I had requested an early check in, my room was not ready which was perfectly fine ! Once it was I was told I had to leave a 5 star google review before I could check in !! Got to my room there was no towels, no water and despite asking multiple times it wasn’t until the evening of my second day were these requests fulfilled !

Beautiful hotel and all the staff were super helpful, it was a lovely relaxing stay! Super comfortable rooms and the rooftop pool is beautiful

Pros:

Bed was comfy and it was air conditioned.

Cons:

No window in our room which made it claustrophobic.
Location isn’t great if you want to experience more laid back vibe of Ninh Binh as it’s on the highway - we only stayed there because we needed somewhere close to train station.

Nothing. We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel.
From the moment we entered the room, it was immediately clear that the condition did not match what was advertised in the photos or description. The room was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness: there was a dead cockroach on the floor, visible dust clumps in multiple areas, as well as hair and even fingernails left behind. This is completely unhygienic and far below any reasonable standard.
