Adequate pleasant spot. Rooms need some updates for the price point.
Pros:

Quiet, great location. Surprised to find full microwave and mini fridge. New shower head.

Cons:

Very dated property. Uncomfortable mattress. Bedspreads need to be replaced. Price was very high for the quality.

It was great
Pros:

I'm local needed to stay cuz of heat and needed a foot my elderly dog but the rates are superb online it's the way to go
Everything was great even the big toad that dines on the bugs out at the chairs outside rm#7 he lives in the gutter drain he came back the second night I was there he's so CUTE and I enjoyed him very much, I picked him up both nights so the second night he knew it was me and he stayed out on the side walk where the chairs are outside my room for almost an hour eating bugs making me laugh and just being super cute big toad 🐸 he is so smart and he lives down under the parking lot in the gutter drain off near rm#7 lol check him out show the kids he's there right after dark

The motel was what we needed for our purpose.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our Baxter State Park destination. It is located just off the highway and next to an Irving gas station.

The room was clean and spacious. It had all of the appliances

We arrived later in the evening and the management was available by phone and text. We had a wonderful rest and were ready for a good hike in the morning!

Did not measure up, literally.
Pros:

Room was very clean, comfortable bed. Staff was quick to respond to an issue we had. Shower had good hot water. Convenient location just off the highway.

Cons:

The room was much smaller than we anticipated. Pictures on-line were really misleading. The curtains didn’t fit the window enough to close completely.
