Simply waste
Pros:

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and hats off to the housekeeping team for their excellent work. The security staff were also exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. Every time we needed to enter or exit, they were always there to open the gates for guests with a smile. Their courtesy and dedication truly deserve appreciation.

Cons:

Unfortunately, one of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the attitude and professionalism of certain staff members, particularly a receptionist named Erica.

Her approach towards guests was unwelcoming and frustrating. On multiple occasions, when we requested basic items such as a plate or a glass tumbler, we were told that these were not covered under the hotel’s policy. While I understand that hotels may have certain rules and procedures, the way these requests were handled left much to be desired in terms of customer service and hospitality.

I was particularly disappointed by the lack of courtesy and willingness to assist with even simple guest requests. Professionalism, politeness, and a customer-oriented approach are fundamental expectations in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet these standards.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience to help future guests make an informed decision. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these concerns through appropriate staff training and improvements in guest service.

Court séjour mais hôtel correct
Pros:

C’était pour une nuit avant un vol à Clark, hôtel parfait pour une nuit. Nous sommes arrivés tard et parti Tôt! Un peu bruyant côté route, mais ça va dans l’ensemble.

The Rossa Hotel is an excellent choice when staying in Angeles City the Philippines!
Pros:

The restaurant was delicious, the wait staff Angels, security professional, front desk 24-7, and management on site.
This is a clean, well run, centrally located Hotel with many new upgrades. Thank you Rossa. Thank you Joseph.

Cons:

Only that I wish I could have stayed longer.
