The Rossa Hotel is an excellent choice when staying in Angeles City the Philippines!
Pros:

The restaurant was delicious, the wait staff Angels, security professional, front desk 24-7, and management on site.
This is a clean, well run, centrally located Hotel with many new upgrades. Thank you Rossa. Thank you Joseph.

Cons:

Only that I wish I could have stayed longer.

Pros:

Restaurant is excellent. Proximity to stuff is good. Just make sure you dont get a street facing room, oe the traffic noise from don juico will make sleep difficult.

Pros:

Decent bed linen, functioning aircon, hotel internal deco, reasonable room rate.

Cons:

Lack of lift, towels are not sparkly white (won't use them), 2,000 PHP deposit is insane, hotel is inflexible; doesn't allow credit card payment (although it stated they accept all major cards). The room keys are so old fashioned (not electronic). I wonder why they openly display condoms at the reception? Dodgy.

Pros:

Accueil professionnel qui nous a orienté dans nos recherches. Personnel souriant et toujours à nos petits soins. Chambre bien équipée, clim, tv, réfrigérateur, lit confortable... le quartier est un peu excentré, mais quand on voit le centre d'Angeles ,on ne le regrette pas ! Plein de restaurants aux alentours dont un très bon petit Japonais. Un bémol mais qui n'abaisse pas ma note pour 2 raisons : la chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre ! Mais je ne restais que 2 nuits et elle était très calme et d'autre part, je voyageais avec 3 amies dans la même situation, mais le personnel a fait son possible pour leur attribuer une chambre avec fenêtre. Ma chambre No 205 .

Cons:

Préciser les chambres sans fenêtre sur booking, pour éviter des désagréments. Ensuite, même si l'hôtel propose 10% de remise sur leur restaurant, nous y avons mangé 1 fois, rien de mémorable, mais bon, à nos goûts !
