Hostile and Uncomfortable Small Hotel

Cons:

The attitude of the manager. He argued with me and pound his hand on the table for no apparent reason. His attitude towards was hostile towards me which made me uncomfortable. He also argued that I shouldn't ask for a 2nd room key for my spouse. The bathroom is very small the vanity sink counter has no space.

I was a host on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. I had a consistent review of 9.5/5.0 and maintained a SuperHost for 2 years straight. I traveled a lot on my job. I have neve encountered such an uneducated host.

Очень жаль, что мы открыли для себя этот замечательный отель только в последний день нашего путешествия по Грузии. Если бы мы узнали о нём раньше, обязательно остановились бы здесь на все дни нашего пребывания!

Отель очень новый, невероятно чистый, уютный и стильный. Здесь всё продумано для комфорта гостей, а атмосфера располагает к приятному отдыху.

Отдельная благодарность хозяину и персоналу за невероятное гостеприимство! Мы бронировали номер с тремя кроватями, но нам совершенно неожиданно сделали апгрейд и предоставили прекрасный номер люкс с большим балконом! 🥰 Мы были очень приятно удивлены и остались в полном восторге от такого внимания и заботы. Именно из таких приятных мелочей складывается настоящее гостеприимство.

Персонал очень доброжелательный, отзывчивый и приятный в общении. Чувствуется, что здесь действительно ценят гостей и хотят, чтобы каждый чувствовал себя комфортно.

Очень понравилось! Всё новое, кровати удобные, весь текстиль чистый белоснежный, балкончик супер, администратор девушка очень приятная и отзывчивая . Номер в реалии оказался лучше чем на фото! Завтраки тоже отличные. Мы довольны! Спасибо Вам, у нас остались самые теплые воспоминания !🩷
