Very nice hotel with great staff, nice rooms, walk-in shower and although we didn’t use the pool it looked inviting and

Clean, loved our room with the bunks, breakfast was good, staff were great.

Cons:

Property was great. Only complaint was the loud guests at 2:00 am.

Disappointing Overnight Stay
Pros:

The hotel’s suite was very spacious & clean.

Cons:

I have personal allergies and documented this issue when making the reservations through Booking.com. During our overnight stay, I heard the noises of pets and when departing the hotel I observed two dogs going into the room next door. When I checked out, I addressed the issue with the front staff employee and she informed me that only “select” rooms on my floor were assigned as “pet friendly “. I informed the employee that when checking in, that I should have been informed of their pet policy and placed onto a different floor with no pets. The hotel “dropped the ball” and failed to accommodate the needs of their customers. This is being provided for future reference for other potential hotel guests.

Great location, new and modern hotel for a great price. Would book here again.
Pros:

Th location of this hotel is very convenient - close to everything. The interior is very new and modern. Nice pool and hot tub, breakfast we decent. Rooms are large and comfortable. We enjoyed how comfortable the beds were and the bathroom is modern and spacious.

Cons:

Perhaps more offerings at breakfast? Although we liked how clean the hotel is, the smell of disinfectant in the lobby was quite powerful when checking in.

Great sleep and Would stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast, comfortable beds and nicely decorated

Cons:

There was moldings/trim were missing/lifting off the wall in the hallways and the elevator was making a loud sound and then it had broke during checkout

Clean, but noisy
Pros:

Rooms were very spacious and clean.

Cons:

Do NOT take room 404, it is right under the breakfast room and all you hear is chairs scrapping on the floor in the morning. Not very soundproof from the hall either.
