Great location, really nice facilities, friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

The noise travels really badly between rooms, especially ones that are joined by a door. My neighbour kept me awake coughing all day and night.

Nice place but they need an available number to contact them during an urgent matter.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and fresh and good quality.

Cons:

The code I was given for late check in was wrong and the afterhours number was the same as their every hour number. Not helpful when you can't get into your room, or in an emergency. I had to bother another person staying there that was super helpful. Struggled to find another number but then that wasn't answered. 20minutes later they called back and unlocked the door for me.

Pros:

The room was a nice size and comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The curtain for the window was see through so you had absolutely no privacy. We also weren't told we would get room service during our stay (which wouldn't normally be a problem) but had personal items out when they came and were not given any warning so felt very uncomfortable.
