The Yard Hotel

I have stayed in many hotels around the world, and I would like to note that this hotel has truly taken a special place in my heart. When you are there, you feel immersed in a magical atmosphere. The antique interior is beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully chosen. The furniture and everything you touch are of high quality. Cleanliness is at the highest level. The hotel also has an excellent location.

The staff helped me organize a surprise for my husband’s birthday—the room was decorated with balloons, and they also assisted with receiving the cake delivery. You could feel their care in every detail. The breakfast was also very good and delicious. The hotel also helped organize our transfer to the airport—everything was quick and punctual.

We will definitely come back again.

Absolutely loved the character of this hotel, it was just beautiful. The service and welcome we received was second to none. We arrived very late at night but we received a warm welcome in person. After checking out, one of our party was taken ill and I reached out asking for help getting our stowed luggage to us in a different part of the city. The team could not have been more helpful in doing this for us, at a point when we had already paid for our stay and checked out. Thank you - you made a stressful situation so much better with your kindness and willingness to help.

We had the most incredible stay at The Yard Hotel! The two things that made our stay incredible were the staff - one evening we chatted with the owner about how we loved desserts / sweet treats and the next evening he welcomed us home in the evening and had bought us some incredible baklava for us to enjoy! So incredibly kind (and delicious! best baklava we had during our trip). The other thing was the BED! Best bed ever - it was so big, firm and comfortable and you couldn't feel the other person in the night and made for the best sleep ever. It was also the BEST location in, it is on a quiet strip but just around the corner from exactly where you wanted to be in terms of bars, restaurants and Galata hub. I couldn't reccomend this property enough and when we go back to Istanbul, we will absolutely be staying here again!

Had a wonderful stay at this excellent hotel in Cihangir, Istanbul. The location is convenient for exploring the city while still enjoying the charm and atmosphere of the neighborhood.

My room was stylish, cosy, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of discovering Istanbul. It felt both comfortable and special, with great attention to detail.

The breakfast was superb — fresh, varied, and beautifully prepared each morning. It was truly something to look forward to.

The personnel were exceptionally kind and attentive, making me feel welcome and well cared for throughout my stay.

And of course, I can’t forget the hotel’s lovely cat, who added such warmth and character to the experience.

I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers looking for comfort, style, and genuine hospitality.

The property is as advertised, I really loved the Italian interior. Property is within walking distance to the Galata Tower and Taksim square

The hotel building is a beautifully restored and thoughtfully reconstructed structure that is over 150 years old. The level of care and craftsmanship invested in this place is truly outstanding. Both the interior and exterior design, the courtyard, and the rooms are simply remarkable.

The attention to detail is exceptional—from the choice of shampoos and diffusers to the genuinely warm and attentive attitude of the staff. You feel as though you are a guest in the home of people who truly want you to return again and remember your stay with fondness.

Our couple felt genuinely happy there, and this is entirely thanks to the people who created this hotel and continue to maintain its comfort and atmosphere.

This hotel is perfect for couples who want to immerse themselves in Turkish culture while enjoying modern comforts. It is truly a hidden gem. I sincerely wish continued success and prosperity to everyone who has contributed to creating and maintaining such a special place.

Аутентичный интерьер, очень стильно всё выглядит внутри номера и в лобби, всё продумано до мелочей. В номере очень чисто, большая кровать, заметно, что отель прям новый.
Отзывчивый персонал, на связи и всегда были готовы помочь: отрегулировать температуру в номере, дополнительно убраться, приготовить завтрак.
Хорошее расположение недалеко от ул. Истикляль, вокруг много ресторанов и кофеен.
Ещё в отеле живет милейший кот Бахтияр, он покорил наши сердца :)
