モダン風の部屋で、安くて、良かったです。
お部屋のくず物入れに前のお客様のゴミが入っているのが、ナンセンスです。
清潔でオシャレでした
スタッフの方の対応も皆さん素晴らしかったです
個人的には、トイレとシャワールームが別々なのも嬉しかったです
エレベーターが毎回混み合っていて
なかなか来ない事が多かったのと、
目の前が工事中だったので眺望は良くなかったです
でも、他の部分がとてもよかったのでまた是非泊まりたいです。
ウエルカムドリングが1階のBARで飲めるのが感じよかった
充電器もレンタルなどしっかりしていた
スタッフの日本語が微妙に分かりづらい時があった
駅前で利便性も良く、とてもオシャレでコスパも良いと思います。

宇都宮を訪れる際は、また利用させていただきます。
良くない点という訳ではありませんが、日本語があまり上手ではなく、あまり容量の良くないスタッフさんにチェックイン対応をいただき、結構な時間を要しました。…が、一生懸命ご対応いただいたので、好感をもてました！
朝ご飯がおいしいのと、ウェルカムドリンクがあるので一息つける。駅前なので子連れでも動きやすい。
滞在時インフォメーションに無駄がなく、サッと泊まりたい人には快適。
小学生と3人なのでキングサイズベッドにしたがやや狭く感じた。３人予約で朝食付きだったが現地で小学生分は1500円プラス、朝ご飯なので7歳はそれほど食べず少し勿体ないかなと思った。先にハッキリ明記されていればまだ良かった。
駐車場が提携無し、車の人は少し割高に感じると思う。
