Loved the bathroom in our room! Best of our stay. Also loved having a couch in our room, the location across from the station was convenient, and the first floor bakery was outstanding.
Was confusing having reception on the second floor - needs better signage in the lobby to direct new customers.
So clean, great location, easy check in. Wonderful experience!
駅から近い
古い、狭い。
モーニングが一流ホテルのクオリティ。
蛇口から出る水流が本当にチョロチョロで
歯磨きもまともに出来るレベルではない。
目の前にベッドがあるから飛び散りを防ぐ為だとは思いますが酷すぎる。手を洗うにも普通の倍以上石鹸を落とすのに時間がかかる。コップに水を溜めて歯磨きはするべきか？自由に水を使うはずの洗面所の意味が根本的にわからなくなる。
シャワーのみのバスルームも機能的には優れていますが
せめてシャワーの切り替え可能なヘッドがあれば
下着とかもバスルームで洗えるのに！と
水圧の不満はかなりあります。

The breakfast is next level. Organic and house made. An example kamboche squash, fresh pastry eggs Benedict. In a soothing vibe. Music was amazing. Mood modern natural meets loft. Bakery was amazing. Staff is very international and friendly.
Only wish I could stay longer
これまでの宇都宮にはなかった、とても高級感がありお洒落で真新しいホテルです。スタッフの方々の接客が非常に丁寧でとても安心感がありました。一階のベーカリーのドーナツも最高でした。
美味しい朝ごはんをゆったりと頂くことができました。
駅前ですが、騒がしさはなく、お部屋もスタイリッシュでした。
シャワーブースしかない点は残念でした（ホテル案内からも読み取れませんでした。まさか国内でシャワーブースのみのホテルがあるとは思わなかったせいもありますが…）。
これまで泊まったホテルにはあったのに、このホテルにはない、というものが多い印象です（バスタブ、携帯の充電コード、茶葉やコーヒー（インスタントもなし）、洗顔フォームや化粧品類のアメニティ（個別のパックもなし）、バゲージラック、洗面台の独立照明、等々。内線電話も見当たらなかったように思います）。
