Cons:

Reclamei diversas vezes sobre o cheiro horrível de esgoto no apartamento. Pedi a troca desde o momento da minha chegada. Não conseguimos dormir direito pois tivemos que deixar janela aberta para tentar conseguir ficar no quarto. Uma vergonha um lugar como aquele não ter um atendimento ao cliente como se deve. Os funcionários que trabalham na recepção e limpeza são muito atenciosos, porém eles não podem resolver esse tipo de problema! Uma vergonha!

Pros:

Da limpeza das camareiras e das áreas compartilhadas em geral. Recepção dos funcis no check-in e out. Muito rápido e prestativo.

Cons:

Do sinal do wifi que ficaram alguns dias sem funcionar mas era algo externo que ocorreu. No entanto, qdo foi reparado mesmo assim o nosso apto não estava com sinal.

Me trocaram de hotel e a experiência foi péssima
Pros:

Vale salientar que eles me trocaram de hotel e eu fiquei no Acqua tambau aos invés do hotel reservado aqui na booking.

Única coisa boa foi a localização, perto de tudo.

Cons:

Quarto muito sujo, muito sujo mesmo poeira em todo canto, o ar condicionado parece que nao via uma manutenção a meses, muito sujo, atacou a alergia tanto minha como da minha esposa.

Os funcionários do acqua tambau parecem que vão trabalhar obrigado, zero simpatia, zero recepção, muito ruim.
