Categories

Cleanliness
9.3
Multiple reviewers repeatedly described the property as 'clean', 'new' and 'well kept', supporting a strong cleanliness rating despite isolated issues (e.g., breakfast items served cold in one report).
Service
8.4
Staff were frequently described as friendly and helpful at the front desk, but there are service negatives (a kitchen attendant annoyed by kids, and one receptionist described as cold/unprofessional), producing a mixed but overall positive impression.
Location
8.8
Location was called convenient by multiple guests, though at least one guest reported Google Maps directed them incorrectly to the wrong spot, reducing the perfect score slightly.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms were praised as large, comfortable, and modern with good beds and walk-in showers, but several guests reported significant noise issues (people moving furniture above, loud ventilation) that negatively affected sleep.
Amenities
9.2
Strong amenities noted: large parking, pool, modern facilities and good breakfast offerings; minor negatives include strong pool chlorine odor for one guest and slow elevator wait times reported by some.
Value for Money
9.5
At least one reviewer explicitly noted better prices than nearby hotels and several guests characterized stays as very good value given the new/clean rooms and breakfast, justifying an above-target score.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast was frequently praised (eggs, bacon, waffles, biscuits & gravy, fresh items) and called a highlight by many, but a few guests reported cold or substandard items and occasional staffing/coffee refill issues.
Overall Experience
9.2
Overall sentiment is positive with multiple 'best stay' and 'will stay again' comments reflecting strong overall satisfaction, offset by a few significant negatives (noise, a rude receptionist, breakfast inconsistencies).

Pros:

Great hotel for travelers -- the prices were better than some nearby hotels, and the hotel itself was really nice. Clean, welcoming lobby, and really comfortable room. The breakfast was good -- eggs, bacon, waffles, biscuits and gravy, plus the usual cold items.

Cons:

Why is the name "Country Inn and Suites"? The rooms and decor were thoroughly modern. I was relieved that the decor was nothing like Cracker Barrel.
