Pros:

The property and rooms were nice. My nephew loved the pool. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! The rooms got so nice and cold

Hotel was new and everything was very clean. Felt extra secure as keyboard was required to call elevators on first floor.

Cons:

Somehow the booking.com address that copied online took me to an incorrect place in a bad area. Weekend breakfast started at 7 and I left earlier so I couldn’t take advantage of that. That brought the value down for me

Ok for the price - staff on site was very gracious- housekeeping may be inexperienced

New and proximity to the west side of city and interstate

Cons:

There was used bath soap in the shower and garbage ( snack wrappers) on the floor next to the bed -so the room was not thoroughly cleaned
