Not quite as I accepted
Pros:

The spacious of the room.

Cons:

No heater was .The room was very cold
Even when we decided to take shower I couldn’t get hot water it was so disturbing to take shower in such circumstances.

If I return to Jubail, I’d certainly stay there again. It’s a place I’d confidently recommend to others.
Pros:

The house keeping.
Location.
Tranquility.
Cleanliness.

Cons:

These are minor points, but I hope the hotel considers them, as it’s very close to perfection.

The swimming pool needs a bit more attention — the chlorine level seemed very low. The water level was also below the edge, so it wasn’t circulating into the filtration system.
Additionally, there were no mattresses, cushions, or towels readily available at the pool. Guests usually have to request them and wait, as staff are rarely present.

The rooms are nearly spotless. However, upon entering mine, I found a damp carpet where a stain had just been cleaned. While I appreciate the cleaning effort, walking on a wet carpet is inconvenient. When I asked for it to be dried, I was told to simply wait for it to air-dry. In a hotel of this standard, I’d expect proper equipment to ensure the room feels fresh and ready, as if no one had occupied it before.
