Pros:

Very well located, pretty clean, a compact comfortable room renovated in an old building, great value at €125 a night I paid, night reception guy very nice

Tutto perfetto.... Ma dov'è il parcheggio 😅

La posizione, la pulizia e l'assistenza H24 in reception fondamentale se vuoi chiamarti HOTEL.

Cons:

L'unica cosa è il parcheggio che non è dell'hotel ed è un costo supplementare e non esiste nemmeno una convenzione che ti faccia accedere ad un trattamento riservato agli ospiti dell'hotel. Niente di particolare ma nella scheda dell'hotel tra i servizi risulta il parcheggio. Così per massima correttezza eliminerei il servizio e lo spiegherei meglio.

Terrifying and Horrendous
Cons:

Absolutely horrendous experience. Had to spend over an hour proving I booked and paid for the hotel whilst being alone with my son in Naples. The woman was absolutely horrible and condescending and wouldn’t let me talk. She did everything not to let us stay because she promised the room to someone else and was fully booked but we’d already booked weeks ago and paid. Eventually I proved everything and threatened the police only then did she allow us to stay. Never been so scared and had the feeling of homelessness in Naples with my son on our own. If I could give it negative I would. So so terrifying she tried everything to kick us out even pretending I was aggressive. Honestly scarring experience.

Kesinlikle konumu.Her yere yürüme mesafesinde.Tren istasyonundan 4 durak sonra "Toledo" durağında Metrodan inerek kısa bir yürüyüşle gidiliyor.Otobüsle "Pompei" antik kentine gitmek icin 10-15 dakika mesafede deniz kıyısında küçük bir otobüs terminalinden kalkan otobüse binebiliyorsunuz. Yine " Bari" ye gitmek icin aynı terminali kullandık.Yakınında süpermarket ve ana cadde ve yemek yerleri var.Şehrin kalbinde bir konum.Odalar temiz, yatak konforlu, güzel bir odamız vardı.Arka cepheye bakıyorduk ama oda hem serin hem sessizdi.Hotelin adı " Golden" hotel olmuş.Otel watsapp ile irtibatta.Fiyat fayda dengesi fena değil.Sadece yorumların birinde bizim ödediğimiz rakamdan daha düşük odeyen biri şikayet ediyordu.Üzüldük.Bizim rakamımiz daha fazlaydı.Resepsiyon 24 saat açik.Tavsiye edilir.

Son gecemizde misafirlerden biri sigara içti herhalde.Banyodan sigara kokusu yoğun geldi.Bir de su ısıtıcısı( ketıl) aradık.Odaya gidince yorgunluk çayı veya kahvesi güzel giderdi.
Ama bunlar halledilebilecek şeyler.Sorun yok.Memnun ayrıldık.

Hotel OK attenzione al garage che viene segnalato!

Cons:

Ho ricevuto da gruppo Hotiday una chat con la conferma e le istruzioni per arrivare in hotel (Hotel Golden) e la segnalazioe del garage che avevo richiesto e non ho verificato in effetti se fosse vicino, l'ho assolutamente dato per contato. Ma mi è stato dato un garage convenzionato a 46 minuti a piedi dalla struttura (30 minuti con i mezzi: ovvero piedi+funicolare 4 fermate + piedi). Evidente errore della chat automatica e generata da AI. Non è stato possibile parlare con nessuno una volta scoperto il disservizio. Segnalata la cosa al front desk dell'hotel sono rimasti stupiti. Mentre il garagista mi ha detto che era già successo in passato (perchè quando ho realizzato la lontananza ho chiesto anche conferma al garage dell'errore madornale). Ovviamente il garage comodo era attaccato nel vero senso della parola all'hotel e non quello segnalato.
Decisamente il servizio pessimo che mi ha fatto spendere soldi per il taxi a/r
