Great price and location, small cleanup and clear overhead cover above courtyard would be stunning
Pros:

Great shower with good water pressure, very convenient location for touring around the city with lots of good transit options nearby. Friendly staff that made tea and room service cleanup was too notch.

Cons:

It was quite hot in the room and the AC did not seem to be active.

Some of the rooms (mine included) have a view into a pseudo ccovered courtyard that was full of garbage. Would be nice if they cleaned up in there and had something that allowed more light into the rooms

Nice apartment, close to the downtown.
Pros:

Very central and well connected to many areas, cosy and warm, good for the price.

Cons:

Pretty inconvenient with just 1 toilet for the two rooms and located downstairs. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable! And the hosts weren’t responsive- I texted them both here in booking and in the application that you have to download in order to check in and they didn’t reply at all.

Muy limpio
Pros:

Buena relación precio/calidad. Estaba todo muy limpio.
El auto check in con la clave de acceso a la propiedad y luego la llave en el cuarto es útil.

Cons:

El cuarto y el baño eran demasiado pequeños, en las fotos parecen más amplios. Si tienes movilidad reducida o sobrepeso, el baño es incómodo para moverse.
Cocina pobremente equipada (ni siquiera buenos cubiertos).
El barrio no es bonito y hay demasiado ruido a la noche. La cama no me pareció cómoda.
El encargado del hostel estuvo sólo un momento una mañana y no lo vimos más. Sería conveniente que esté más presente por cualquier eventualidad. Sólo estaba por la mañana la mujer que limpia (muy amable).

Very budget stay but you see the quality
Cons:

Basically no sound proof, you hear literally all the details from others conversations and knowing all the vehicles going by. There is mold in the shower and the air conditioner is extremely loud and old.

탁심과 번화가에서 가까운 깔끔한 호텔
Pros:

개인실이 합리적인 가격에 예약할수 있었고 스태프분들은 친절했습니다. 탁심과 번화가를 걸어갈수 있어 좋아요.

Cons:

위치를 한번에 찾기 힘들었습니다. 옆집 문을 두드리게 되어서 미안했어요.

Great experience!
Pros:

Clean, amazing service and the whole place. Kitchen full with everything that’s needed - even a coffee machine with coffee beans etc. Can’t say anything bad at all. :)

Cons:

Locals told us that it’s not that safe around the place, but nothing happened to us at all. Just be more careful.
