Great location
Pros:

Very friendly helpful staff. Nice, cosy room. en-suite shower, toilet. Very relaxed, easy to come and go.

Cons:

Window locked - it was unbearably hot, and I couldn't open the window to reduce the heat.

Nicely refurbished
Pros:

Newly refurbished so its so much nicer than previously, breakfast great and plentiful

Cons:

It's now a dog friendly b & b which we personally don't like and the dogs were allowed in dining room at breakfast which for us is a big no no. If you have to be dog friendly fair enough but I don't think they should be allowed in the dining room

Perfect location, very friendly welcome, got upgraded to double room when only booked single room, very clean and well presented

WiFi was a bit on/off at times but not a major issue. Could maybe think about having some sort of ashtray outside

Saved my skin when another hotel was fake
Pros:

Fantastic staff. Lovely clean room. Warm with fresh towels provided. Fantastic location for travelling. Great breakfast provided. I will be coming back :).

Cons:

Shower was hard to fit myself in (sorry im large), but everything else was that great I'm still giving them a 10.
