Pros:

A fantastic place to stay, in a great location and close to everything. We enjoyed a superb breakfast in the morning, which was the perfect start to the day. Steve and Paul are amazing hosts who made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, and their hospitality really made our stay special. We would highly recommend staying here and would happily return in the future.

Everything was perfect! I’ve never stayed somewhere like this for the whole weekend. It was amazing, with no bad points at all. The food was fantastic. The owners are absolutely fantastic; they can’t do enough for you. Can’t wait to return

Blackpool weekender

The location was excellent, we purposely chose the area for our needs, the staff were brilliant, friendly, attentive, informative, great communication, the room was a very generous size, the hot drinks tray catered for various tastes, tv worked, didn't really require much else from the room, the breakfast room and the food available was very nice and good quality, but the biggest bonus was it was pride weekend.....so it was very colourful, and a joy to be a part of the unexpected street party......the dressing up was amazing, and they all deserve a huge congratulations for that!!!

Cons:

The bed for me was perfect, however was too hard for the wife, the pillows were perfect for the wife, they were too soft for me, there was a definite lack in attention to detail, various hairs around the room....in the bedside draw, on the bed, in the sink and in the shower tray, but other than that room was generally clean, the complimentary gels weren't really big enough for a larger gentleman, but made do....other than those small things nothing really wrong.

What can I say.!!!! Fantastic hotel exceptional hosts. Magnificent breakfast with everything anyone could want plus more. Steve and joy go above and beyond to make your stay one to remember. They really are lovely and work very hard for there visitors. Nothing is too much trouble. We was welcomed and made to feel so comfortable and welcome. Will definitely be back next year. Pleasant stay, I would gladly return to this hotel
Pros:

The typical English breakfast was satisfactory overall. The hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, close to the city center and the train station. There are various shops, markets, and restaurants in the area.

Cons:

Like many other accommodations in England, the lack of blackout curtains might bother someone who has trouble sleeping with too much light from outside in the morning.

Exceptional value for money.
Pros:

Lovely hosts, Perfect location, Great Breakfast, very clean room, Very clean breakfast kitchen area. Some rooms have been modernised but I had one that wasn’t. Still nice had everything you need. All you need to remember is this is a guest house not a hotel chain so for the price paid exceptional value for money.

Cons:

Personal preference was no fridge in the room. Bathroom shelf was wonky couldn’t put much on.
