Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple reviews praise the hotel as very clean and note welcome details (bombones); one report of a room flooded due to jacuzzi issue, but overall cleanliness is frequently highlighted positively.
Service
1
Consistently positive comments about staff: described as excellent, very friendly and helpful, quick and polite at reception.
Location
1
Location noted as convenient (near train station, easy parking next to a descampado) but several guests report noise from the street/stairs and proximity to reception causing disturbances at night.
Room Quality
1
Multiple negative reports about room size (very small, narrow), poor layout (shower too small), significant issues (flooded room from jacuzzi, doors next to reception), and persistent noise making rest difficult.
Amenities
1
The jacuzzi/hot tub is a highlight for some guests, but there are repeated problems: malfunctioning lights, inability to keep water hot, leaks that flooded the room, and instances where water ran onto the bed.
Value for Money
1
Guests who booked higher-tier suites felt the price/expectation mismatch when rooms were noisy, placed by reception, or when jacuzzi function was limited; overall value is seen as below expectation by some.
Food and Beverage
1
No comments about food or beverage in the reviews; assigned target overall rating.
Overall Experience
1
Mixed overall: strong positives for staff, cleanliness and the concept (hot tub) but undermined for many by noise, small rooms and jacuzzi problems; overall leans slightly positive due to excellent service and some good stays.

A charming hotel a little way out of the city, but not too far.
Pros:

A very nice stay with 24 hour staffing. It's a medium walk to Esperanza station to get to the city center, but the walk has three groceries and numerous restaurants along it so it's a good chance for some shopping.
