Manageable
Pros:

The staff are friendly and the room is clean. The location is closer to the centre with shops and restaurants

Cons:

The room is very narrow and the bed is high, they have a ladder connecter to climb the bed. The environment is purely residential so it can be noisy at times. There is a school behind and the children voices are heard loudly from our room if the window is open. The breakfast is very simple, no variety and only cold food, not even eggs

MODERN AND SILENT

Le côté pratique et le checking, chambre très moderne mais petite et bien isolée du bruit.
AC worked well and silent.
Nice and simple breakfirst in the morning.

Super séjour !
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé dans Lisbonne (quartier festif mais bien insonorisé donc aucun problème). Depuis l'hôtel, le métro et le tram sont faciles d'accès ainsi que le centre de la ville tout simplement. La cuisine est bien équipée et cela était très pratique. La literie était top. La climatisation était fortement appréciable après les journées chaudes. La formule petit déjeuner était complète.
Et enfin, le personnel de l'hôtel était super, accueillant, sourire, explications claires quand on en a eu besoin.
Bref nous sommes ravis de notre séjour de 4 jours. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lorsque nous repasserons à Lisbonne.

Pros:

L'emplacement est excellent.Le petit déjeuner était très correct et le personnel sympathique.
Chambre bien isolée du bruit de rue.

Cons:

Sans AC les chambre sont très chaude mais l AC fontionne bien. Juste un point pas possible de monter le thermostat plus haut que 22 degrés ce qui était déjà bien frais dans la chambre.

Safe in room.
Barrio Alto has food & drink everywhere. Beautiful views over city at sunset.

Barrio Alto is up hill from just about everywhere!😣
Taxis can only get to 3 streets away so its a bit of a drag over cobbles with your suitcase.
Its a lively area so a little noisy some nights. Shutters shut out a lot of sound and AC drowns out a lot. We were aware but not a big issue.

Pros:

Kamer was niet groot maar slim ingericht. Mooie badkamer. Alles heel schoon. Hotel zit in druk uitgaansgebied maar zodra je de deuren dicht deed was er bijna geen geluid meer te horen van buiten. Airco werkte heel goed, binnen no-time was de kamer koel. Ontbijt kon je bestellen op je kamer dmv invullen van een lijst maar je kan ook beneden eten. Receptie zit 3 deuren verderop en is tot ca. 23.00 open.
De wijk zelf is erg leuk. Heel gezellig en veel keuze in restaurants en bars. Wij hadden het geluk nog een paar dagen mee te kunnen pikken van een gratis festival in het parkje (met geweldig uitzicht over Lissabon) met muziek en eet- en drink kraampjes.

Tive uma experiência péssima desde a chegada, omitiram muitas informações como o fato de não conseguir chegar com carro, tivemos que descer com 5 malas grande usadas numa rua pedra, foi terrível, fora isso chegamos 06 da manhã e tivemos dificuldades para que ficassem com as malas, os armários só cabiam malas pequenos e médias e estávamos com 4 grandes, até guardaram mas de cara feia, como se tivesse fazendo um favor. Pergunte se tinha a possibilidade de entrar mais cedo e foram grossos falando que só pagando, detalhe, não pedi de graça, apenas queria saber se poderia ou não e tudo bem da taxa, mas no fim deixaram e não cobraram. Quando entramos o ar sem funcionar e um quarto muito, mas muito pequeno, veja que tem outros detalhes sobre isso. As fotos enganam bem. Reclamei e nada de resolver, se mostraram bem nem aí pro problema, disseram que era só ir pra outro hotel, bem grosso e aí sim, eu fiquei irritado, mas inverteram a situação e sabendo que eu iria reclamar, reclamaram de mim primeiro, criaram uma história por booking e literalmente me expulsaram, dissera se cancelaram e que eu deveria sair. resumindo, fui pra outro, foi incrível, fui tratado com respeito e me livrei deles. Já fiz mais de 30 viagens internacionais e nunca reclamei de nenhum lugar, mas esse foi demais, experiência péssima.
