Voor mij was dit eens maar nooit weer.
Pros:

De communicatie vanuit het hotel is uitstekend; de toon in de e-mails is ontzettend vriendelijk, correct en netjes. Daarnaast moet gezegd worden dat alles spiksplinternieuw is. De hele accommodatie is erg schoon en de elektronische toegang werkt feilloos.

Als je enkel en alleen een plek zoekt om je ogen te sluiten en verder geen enkele behoefte hebt aan ruimte of faciliteiten, dan is dit de plek.

Cons:

Het voelt alsof dit hotel is ontworpen om zoveel mogelijk kamers in een zo klein mogelijke ruimte te proppen, met een absoluut minimum aan service. De kamer is feitelijk een bed met aan één zijde net genoeg ruimte om te staan. Er is geen tafel, geen stoel en geen kruk; je enige aflegruimte is een smalle kast van 50 cm.

De badkamer is zo krap dat je bij elke beweging ergens tegenaan stoot, en de beloofde kluis bleek slechts een kluisje in het wastafelmeubel. Voor mensen langer dan 1.90m is het bed een uitdaging: met exact 2 meter lengte hangen je voeten letterlijk buiten boord.

Verder is het pand extreem gehorig; je hoort iedereen komen en gaan. De gezamenlijke keuken is een lege huls: er staan apparaten, maar buiten lunchtijd is er geen glas, kopje of theezakje te vinden. Het is een klinische, bijna chirurgische ervaring die vooral geschikt lijkt voor de doelgroep 'tienertoer'.

Cons:

Bath was too small, was missing a big Mirror in the room, at night too loud from passing people by that was coming from bar street. Bad isolated.
Breakfast was bad. Only thing they had was Jam, butter, bread, honey, yoghurt from small supermarket boxes 🤦🏻, coffee. Didn’t see anything als

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Merci pour le petit déjeuner livré dans notre chambre la veille de notre départ. Hôtel bien situé, chambre propre et confortable.

Cons:

La lumière ne fonctionnait pas dans la salle de bain mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé du tout

Bien mais.....
Pros:

L emplacement, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel tres serviable.
L hôtel est en tres bon etat, moderne et bien insonorisé par rapport aux rues bruyantes.
Présence de lockers pour laisser les bagages à l'arrivée et au départ.

Cons:

Chambre et salle de bains tres petites, et donc chère vu le manque de place ( ok pour 2 nuits, plus compliqué pour 1 semaine) mais lisbonne est une ville chère.... pour tout.
Insonorisation intérieure pas terrible et le petit déjeuner basique et pas varié : cafes et jus, tartines et beurre/ confiture tous les jours le tout dans une petite pièce.

Great apartment in great area
Pros:

Very comfortable spotlessly clean well equipped apartment which had condiments in the kitchen. Lovely simple breakfast and located in a happening street - the ‘quiet’ end but double glazing and shutters kept it pretty quiet in the room.

Super Location für selbstständige Stadterkundung
Pros:

Saubere, gepflegte Unterkunft mit allem nötigen ausgerüstet. Sehr kleines Zimmer. Service perfekt. Kein Hotel, um sich lange aufzuhalten sondern perfekte Schlafgelegenheit für eine Stadterkundung. Frühstück mit allem Wesentlichen.

Cons:

Lediglich 6 (!) Stühle für ca 30 Betten: d.h. Schichtbetrieb beim Frühstück in 3 Stunden.
