Important information:

1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.
2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.
3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.
5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.
6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.
7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.
8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

They collected £50 extra for security charge which i was not aware and up till now they have not refunded my money back to yet.

“Everything Was Perfect from Start to Finish”
Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay. The room was very spacious and always spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the kettle in the room to make coffee and tea, which was restocked every day — a lovely detail.
The hot water was always very hot, and the heating worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is unbeatable: right in the city centre and close to everything. Liverpool One bus station is only a five-minute walk away, which made getting to and from the bus station very easy and stress-free.
There is a pub underneath the hotel, but we barely noticed any noise at all. Even though this is a hotel without a traditional reception, we felt very well looked after at all times, as we regularly received messages checking how everything was going and if we needed anything.
I would 100% recommend this hotel, and if I ever return to Liverpool, I will definitely stay here again. In fact, I have already recommended it to friends, and when we mentioned the hotel to our friends in Liverpool, they took note and said they will recommend it to their friends and family when they visit the city.
Thank you very much for making our stay in Liverpool absolutely perfect.

Fantastic location,train station nearby, calm environment and great base for visitors to Liverpool
Pros:

Homely ,clean ,quiet and comfortable room
Everything needed was provided except a mini fridge ( would be useful )
Fresh towels everyday & bins emptied

Overall lovely hotel but the lack of staff/communication is a flaw
Pros:

Good location close to James Street Station and the main areas of town. Nice room plenty of space, pillows on the bed were lovely and big, heating and AC both worked fine and not too noisy, fridge and safe in the room. Fully stocked coffee/ tea station including biscuits and hot chocolate. Bathroom was clean and had bar soap, shower gel and shampoo as well as plenty of toilet paper and a door with a lock. Communication with the hotel up until check in was easy through email and over the phone.

Cons:

There is no staff on site which we knew at the time of booking, however, we did not receive the access code for the room at 3pm for check in as we were supposed to (a staff member I had spoken to the morning of did say we should have the codes by 1pm despite check in not being until 3pm). I emailed to enquire about this because it had been over an hour since we should have received it and had no reply, so we then phoned 4 times and choosing every option but it kept going to answering machine.
We then decided that we would have to walk down to the hotel incase there was a way to contact someone from there. Upon arrival there were 2 polite and helpful staff members in the lobby who let us in and found our booking, and told us that they had been experiencing technical issues. All was okay and we went to put our stuff in the room but upon going downstairs not 15 minutes later the staff were no longer there and there was other people trying to get into the hotel but no staff there to help them.

Good value for a city centre hotel.
Pros:

City centre location and close to the waterfront. Quiet ambience. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Entry system, but OK once I got used to it. (Saves carrying a key, everywhere.)
