1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.
2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.
3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.
5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.
6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.
7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.
8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Very central & very helpful staff .as always ,as I've stayed there before.Always very accommodating to one's needs & do so with a smile on their face.Kept very clean & lovely comfy beds.

Cons:

Always enjoy staying there.Very much home from home.This time my room was in the attic.Lovely room with lovely balcony of it but just at night bit noisy til about 1am . Apart from that perfect.Thank you again Epic hotel for my lovely stay .

Comfy bolthole
Pros:

Central location, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Few stains on the carpet and room looked a bit tired in places but it was just for 1 night and the bed was comfy and it was central so whats not to love.

La ubicación, es ideal, esta muy cerca de una estación de trenes. Además está a menos de 5 minutos andando de la zona de mas movimiento. Tiene supermercado cerca. El personal es muy amable y siempre disponible. Nos ha encantado la experiencia. La calidad precio es increible.

Cons:

Que no todas las habitaciones tengan nevera, y que eso suponga un gasto extra, por una habitación mejor. Aparte de eso, todo bien. Había muchos comentarios con respecto al ruido por el pub de abajo. Mi habitación no sufría grandes ruidos, ni nada tan molesto.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was lovely

There was no air con so the room was very hot and uncomfortable. The staff gave us extra fans and explained the air con system was due to be upgraded. The carpets were a bit shabby
