Highly recommend for people who want to visit Izu and take a break from the noisy city life
Pros:

The staff were so friendly, so helpful, attentive and the resort was absolutely breathtaking and offered many great amenities. The breakfast and dinner was delicious as well.

Cons:

This is hard because I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

Cons:

在 booking 平台预订最大的 bug 是没有选择日餐还是西餐这一项！并且没有任何提醒。导致入住时才被告知默认晚餐和早餐都只能吃西餐，无法选择和食。如果需要修改，必须至少提前一天告知。此为此行最大坑。

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
Pros:

The view overlooking the sea is perfect. Hotel facilities and the staff are very good. The room is spacious and the bed v comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and had Japanese dinner there. Very nice food and service. We also enjoyed v much the hot spring too.

Cons:

The choices of western breakfast are a bit limited.
