I booked this place expecting a comfortable long stay, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. I was told I’d been upgraded on arrival, which sounded great—until I discovered it wasn’t true. The “upgraded” room didn’t match the description or the photos: there was supposed to be a washing machine, but all that was there was an empty hole where one should have been. The TV also didn’t work. When I asked to change rooms, I was told none were available, so effectively, instead of the room I booked, I ended up being “upgraded” to the worst room they had. They did move us to a different next day.

Both rooms had a kitchen, but absurdly, there was nothing to actually cook with—no pots, pans, cutlery, or utensils of any kind. The only thing we had was 2 tea cups (supposedly so we could drink water), and one of them was dirty. So, you’re paying for a kitchenette that’s completely unusable.

The beds are ridiculously low, “Japanese style” with mattresses just a couple of inches above the floor, so, if you have mobility issues, don’t stay here. Also, neither of the rooms I saw was properly equipped: the first had a TV that didn’t work, while the second didn’t even have a TV—just the metal bracket where one should have been.

Despite being advertised as new, the property needs serious renovation! It lacks the basic amenities for a long stay, and I honestly don’t understand how it maintains such a high rating. I’m only writing such a long review to warn others not to make the same mistake I did. Don’t be fooled by the photos—this place looks nothing like what’s promised.

The only small downside was that we weren’t able to use the induction cooker to cook during our stay. Aside from that, everything else was great. Thank you for the genuine hospitality and kindness. We would happily stay here again.

The sliding window was kept crack open by the housekeeping staff which led to a lot of mosquitoes. The first night was spent smashing those mosquitoes. Kept us up whole night.

The positive reviews are misleading, this is not a good place to stay in.
It was difficult to find the location. It was dirty (the lift, the apartment, the kitchen, the shower, the kitchen). The kettle had dead ants in it. There was no soap available. The window lock was broken and it could close properly.
There was no warm water when I arrived and the water flow was very weak. Water get warmer in the morning (solar energy heater apparently).
