-Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest.
-Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.
-Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.
-Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.
-To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.

Pros:

Zostaliśmy zameldowani w pokoju w którym nie byliśmy w stanie zamknąć okna (obsługa sprzątająca ma klamkę którą zamyka okna, samemu nie można ich otworzyć ani zamknąć - po prostu zapomnieli tego zrobić po sprzątaniu) oraz w łazience nie dało się zamknąć drzwi - nie wchodziły w futrynę. Po zgłoszeniu problemu na recepcję obsługa zareagowała błyskawicznie, Pan przyszedł i zamknął okno oraz zaproponował wymianę pokoju na inny. Wszyscy z pracowników bardzo mili i życzliwi.
Lokalizacja idealna, bardzo dużo sklepów spożywczych w pobliżu, pyszna piekarnia „365 Obrador” w której codziennie jedliśmy śniadania, metro 2 minuty od hotelu.
Hotel nowy, czysty i pachnący, stan pokoju bez zarzutów, wszystko jeszcze jest dość nowe i niezniszczone.

Cons:

Jedyny powód dla którego nie daję 10/10 a to kompletnie chora sytuacja z wypożyczaniem suszarek z recepcji na max 2 h. Jednego dnia pobytu właśnie prawie 2 h czekałem aż zwolni się jakaś suszarka ponieważ ludzie nie oddawali ich na czas i przy dużym obłożeniu hotelu nie było aktualnie dostępnej żadnej wolnej. Mamy 2026 rok, dlaczego suszarki nie mogą zostać zamontowane na stałe w pokojach? Nie rozumiem, w życiu się z czymś takim do tej pory nie spotkałem a trochę po Europie jeżdżę.

Good location however not value for money
Pros:

The location was good close walking distance to some good spots

Cons:

The pillows were absolutely terrible, they only put a flat cheap pillow, the bedroom is extremely small and has no amenities, not even a kettle. They did not clean our room in 3 nights stay.
