More luxury location than 5 star hotel.
Pros:

The slow morning and view on the river in the morning.

Cons:

No room services, next door restaurant and food hall closing at 9:00 pm. With an arrival at 8:30pm, we had to order a dinner via delivery services. Breakfast is also next door. Unexpected for a 5 star hotel.
Lighting system too complicated to use.

The hotel totally exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

We booked a superior king room, had a fantastic view of the Thames from our room. This hotel is a little gem, very modern, very clean and extremely comfortable.

Quiet luxury in a beautiful London location

Fragrance as I entered front door to well designed room
With lovely view of Thames. Dining was excellent with friendly service. Rooftop terrace bar a lovely spot to view the city. The generous complimentary mini bar was a pleasant surprise.

Everything! Absolutely beautiful hotel, staff couldn’t do enough for you and were so friendly. Best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time and I’m 8 months pregnant!

A wonderful and very comfortable hotel, with amazing views, highly recommended.
Pros:

We loved our stay and will come back again. Moje (sorry if I've spelt his name wrong) on reception was absolutely brilliant and he went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Moje is an absolute credit to the hotel and he made us feel more than welcome. Our sincerest thank go out to him.

Cons:

MMM it's difficult for me to say this but the en-suite shower door wouldn't close and so the shower water went everywhere and the floor then became so slippery that we had to be very careful we didn't slip over, but other than this the hotel itself was superb and we loved everything about it. Oh parking was very difficult and I received a parking fine despite being told that the parking spot I used belonged to the hotel. .... But we'll be back.

Once you got used to the quirks and the fact the weather was great, river location was lovely.

The view was amazing. Bed was very comfortable

Cons:

There is no close by parking. The hotel is difficult to find and it has no direct road access. There is no restaurant access directly from the hotel you have to leave the building to enter the restaurant facilities fine in clement weather. The restaurant area is lovely.
We were unable to have breakfast as we had to leave before the restaurant was open at 8am on a Thursday.
