Relaxing
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The rooms were super clean and well styled. The amenities within the room were superb.

Cons:

I had issues with the WiFi but again the staff were super helpful and sorted it out. Also the TV in the room wasn't a smart TV so I couldn't cast what I was watching to the TV, which is a shame.

Hôtel et endroit très charmant, chambre très joli et jolie vue.
Super personnel très accueillant

Cons:

Le wifi est très faible et il n’y a pas de réseau mobile c’était un peu galère
Bien que l’endroit est bien, ça change de Londres centre, c’est un peu loin des transports

Modernised, phenomenal sea view and perfect staycation
Pros:

The customer experience and being escorted to the room. Clear instructions given and resolving any problem swiftly. The property was exceptional and would definitely recommend. The amenities that would provided for the room was outstanding!

From the location to the design of the rooms, I LOVED everything about the property. The customer service they provide is absolutely top-class and friendly too. No need to be nervous around them they are so friendly. And the lead up to the check in was reassuring and made me feel actually excited to go there they accommodated me and partner like we are their family and made our stay there extra special. Thank you again Janos and the team
