Luxury beyond imagination
Pros:

The hotel is mind blowing - the room is on par with some of the best Mandarin Orientals and exceeds many of their hotels. And the service is far beyond 5 star. The bed was heavenly. This is truly a luxury hotel, with fantastic views over the Thames and set on a gorgeous development. I couldn't believe my luck!

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything, and I mean everything was perfect.
