Großartiges Apartment, top ausgestattet und frisch renoviert. Sehr ruhig zur Flussseite hin. Straßenbahn in direkter Nähe. U-bahn ca. 10min zu Fuß.

Die Lage ist grundsätzlich toll, direkt gegenüber der Markthalle und nahe der historischen Altstadt. Allerdings muss klar sein, dass dieser Stadtteil auch sehr lebhaft und politisch aufgeladen ist. Für jüngeres Publikum sehr gut geeignet. Für israelische Staatsbürger vermutlich eher weniger...

Cons:

Unser Apartment war 16 Uhr leider noch nicht fertig und wir mussten warten. Kommunikation mit dem personal nur auf spanisch oder (wer kann...) baskisch möglich. Per E-Mail aber auch mehrsprachig. Alles Kleinigkeiten, wir hatten insgesamt einem tollen Aufenthalt in Bilbao.

Sparkling new apartment with a view
Pros:

Everything was new, the view from the apartment to the old town and the comfort overall. Ease of access to the apartment and location were also great. We were a family of 3, I slept on the sofa bed for 4 nights and it was really comfortable.

Cons:

We could have used with more coffee capsules.

Posizione ottima
Pros:

L’appartamento è situato in una zona molto comoda. Il centro storico e i principali punti di interesse sono raggiungibili con una piacevole passeggiata. Il quartiere è carino e ricco di locali. L’appartamento è molto luminoso e dotato di ogni comfort.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente al nostro arrivo, ma lo staff ha provveduto a risolvere velocemente.

Altstadtnahe, moderne Unterkunft mit guten Anbindungen
Pros:

Helle, moderne, neuwertige, gepflegte Inneneinrichtung. Der Kontakt war zwar annoym (Email, Telefon), aber sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit (wir durften z.B. vor der offiziellen Check-In Zeit die Wohnung beziehen)

Cons:

Es sind 3 Wohnungen auf der Flussseite (mit dem beworbenen Kathedralblick); leider haben wir die (einzige) Wohnung auf der Straßenseite (ohne Kathedral-/Flussblick) bekommen; v. Kleiner Minuspunkt: da offensichtlich eine Dichtung bei der Toilette nicht eingebaut wurde, riecht es leider im Bad etwas nach Kanal; die aufgestellten Duftstäbchen unter dem Waschtisch helfen dabei nicht wirklich. Das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Im Ganzen gute Unterkunft.

Top verblijf, super modern in het hartje van de stad
Pros:

De zorgzame hulp van de verhuurders. Zowel vroeger kunnen inchecken als bagage langer kunnen laten staan na uitchecken.
