Wonderful stay in Bilbao
Pros:

A very enjoyable stay that made our holiday worth it and we would happily return.
Pros:

It is conveniently located, within walking distance to the Casco Viejo (Old Town), a supermarket (Carrefour Market), the Bilbao Arena (concerts), Azkuna Zentroa (cultural & leisure centre) and many lovely restaurants and pintxos bars.
The apartment itself is comfortable, with good views of the river and surrounds.

Cons:

This is not a dislike per se. However,the kitchen could be better equipped for example a bread board and kettle.

Stylish and comfortable stay, but needing a few tweaks
Pros:

The apartment was really stylish, nicely furnished and had a fantastic view. The location is good in terms of being able to walk to everywhere and easy access to a tram stop. We arrived in 40 degree heat and the apartment stayed cool with air con. The support on WhatsApp was also helpful as we had to reach out a couple of times. Nice toiletries from the White Company in the bathroom and a good hairdryer. The shower is also really good.

Cons:

This felt more like a floor of Airbnb’s than a hotel, particularly in that towels and toilet roll aren’t replaced. The sound proofing was not great and you could hear other people walking upstairs, although that didn’t really bother us. We also had to remove 5 days worth of rubbish as there was no service for this.

Bellissimo appartamento, zona caratteristica
Pros:

Bellissimo appartamento ristrutturato, pulito, nuovo, con grande gusto, bellissima vista. Purtroppo per un problema abbiamo dovuto cambiare piani all ultimo ma l host è stata davvero gentilissima e disponibile. Spero di tornare !

室内が綺麗だった。
返事がとても早くすぐ対応してくれた。
洗濯機が共有だったけれど乾燥機が別であったのがよかった。
エレベーターがあって便利だった。
暗証番号で入れる鍵なので人数が多くても鍵に制限がなく便利だった。

Cons:

ハエがたくさんいた。でもスプレーをすぐに手配してくれた。
夜中外がうるさかったので気になる人もいるかもしれません。

Good quality accommodation not safest location
Pros:

Obviously new
And you can see, they invested in renovation.
Everything is very clean fresh.
We have some small issue with chicken however we didn’t wait for long

Cons:

Location across the bridge, making place more silent, which is good but right after this accommodation you find Super unsafe area. It’s famous for dr*gs and prost*tution. As a single lady I would not dare to pass there.

Mooie locatie vlakbij oude centrum en in leuke wijk met gezellige barretjes.
Toegang via online sleutel, maar snelle reactie van Host. Ook erg aardig dat we op de dag van vertrek onze bagage konden achterlaten in een locker.

Cons:

Het was een beetje gehorig (voetstappen van bovenburen), maar in nacht prima rustig en geen last van gehad.

Heel mooi appartement en centrale ligging.
Pros:

Super centrale ligging alleen was de buurt wat minder. Er hangen veel mensen op straat. Ook binnen veel geluid van buiten op straat.

Cons:

De douche stroomde steeds over waardoor de hele badkamer nat werd. Ze hebben het geprobeerd op te lossen maar dat lukte helaas niet. Dus dat was behelpen. Verder was het een heel mooi appartement en is alles heel goed geregeld. Ook het contact met de eigenaar ging prima.

Nice city break
Pros:

Situated perfectly, near everything, but still has that laid back feeling to it. Nicely renovated, has got everything you for a short stop in the city.

P.S. There is a restaurant Demaio nearby, that makes just the most perfect napolitan pizzas!

I can highly recommend Enea Living. Not only was the room stylish and super clean. The check in and communication was great. Easy check in, great in communicating the entrance code. One was able to leave the luggage in a secure locker on departure day and one quick message and the toiletries were top up. Thank you for a great stay. Oh, and the location was superb, walking distance of all the old town, the market hall which was great for breakfast and even the Gugenheim museum was only a 20 minute walk. Absolutely, highly recommend Enea Living 🥰
