Good value and location. Be aware there is no lift and 6 levels

I would never go back here
Pros:

Good location, but it's noisy from the street traffic

Cons:

Rude, unfriendly staff
Damp and mold in the room
Sink blocked with broken plug
Got my room wrong so charged me for a room with a balcony, but didn't have a balcony - did not offer any kind of compensation or even care
They have a luggage lift which they allow guests to use, but it is incredibly noisy (sounds like a great big bang) and woke me up 3 times (after 11pm and before 6am)

Pros:

Location was amazing and great value for money, Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We were very shocked that the receptionist tried to get into our room at 11.30 pm on a Saturday night to return our deposit. We were sleeping. She knocked on the door several times and as we thought it was drunk people, we did not open the door. She then opened the door and let herself into our room. Completely wrong and an invasion of privacy.

Clean bedroom and comfy bed.

Cons:

Terrible signage at entry
Not very helpful reception
Room didn’t have a balcony
No one to help with luggage and cage for it didn’t go to 6th floor.
Base of toilet leaked so bathroom floor continually wet

Cons:

1.There was no prior information about the lack of a lift/elavator on the property.
2.Upon discovering this, I requested a lower-level room since my mom has difficulty walking. I was informed that all other rooms were booked, and we could only get a room on the 4th floor. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were assigned a room on the 5th floor instead. When I asked, I was told that someone else had been given the 4th-floor room. This made our 3-night stay very difficult as my mom had to climb to the 5th floor every time.
3.There was no support staff available in the morning or even night after10pm
4.The luggage lift was not functional.
5.During check-out, we had to carry all the luggage ourselves.
6.The place was not suitable for dining.
7.The area was always congested with traffic.
8.There was no clear signage in the hotel lobby, which confused us, especially with nearby cannabis restaurants.
Overall, this is not a suitable place for a modest family to stay.

It’s not comfortable
Cons:

There is no lift. The reception is closed after 10p.m. No room service is provided. Bedsheets aren’t changed. Washroom not cleaned when the guest stay for 2 days or more.
