One night escape! Recommended!
Pros:

Loved the location and the proximity of the public car park right behind the building! The decor in the room was fab, and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in in a while!!
Dungarvan has so much to offer in terms of food, bars, music, history, maritime location, shops, beaches etc!

Cons:

As we requested a twin room, we were ideally located on the ground floor, but there were no chairs to sit on in the room to chill and relax and read! We were told that it was because it was an accessible room and that there wasn't space for chairs!! Not true, I believe! The bathroom was HUGE, and could have been smaller, unless it was a regulation! No space in the bathroom for guests to place toiletries, despite it being such a HUGE bathroom!
The staff were hurried and rushed, and some seemed a little undertrained. It was a bit on the expensive side!

Well located and a warm atmosphere!
Pros:

My husband stayed here for a family funeral and it was a lovely hotel and walkable to his destinations for this brief trip. We would be delighted to stay here when we return to Dungarvan.

Cons:

My husband had a very very early morning departure and it was tricky to find his way out of the hotel to meet up with the taxi to the train station without getting locked out! But all's well that ends well -- he made it to Waterford for the train with time to spare.

Excellent Irish owned business worth visiting when you're in Waterford.
Pros:

Location is excellent.
Breakfast was tasty and well presented.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
It was great to be able to store our bikes overnight on the premises.
The room was beautiful and very comfortable.
Check out time of 12 is very generous.

Cons:

The toiletries in the bathroom were really lovely. It would have been even nicer to see an Irish toiletries company supported.

Destination staycation
Pros:

We were welcomed by the lovely and efficient Claudia, who was so nice and yet so professional. She showed us to our rooms, even though she was busy checking others in too..
Our rooms (4 different double rooms) were all decorated to the highest standard, real bijou style rooms, each individually decorated to the highest and quirky decor.
We all agreed the beds were definitely one of the more comfiest we have slept in.
Our breakfast the following morning, was a continental style buffet breakfast, offering juices, fruits, cereals, pastries with both overnight oats and Granola yoghurt offered from the kitchen. Coffee was from Badger and Dodo, absolutely delicious.
Even though, Dungarvan is a short distance away from us, we will definitely stay here again, with Dungarvan offering so much to do, see, choice of restaurants and bars. It sure is a destination staycation.

Cons:

I have no criticism to make.

Really enjoyable.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay. Staff were very friendly. Room was large, comfy and clean. The bathroom was gorgeous and well designed, with an excellent shower and bathtub. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

Breakfast was continental and very nice. Would have been nice to have some hot food options, like eggs/omlette, etc. Only a very minor gripe.
