Загалом перебування було комфортним, а привітний персонал і зручне розташування залишили позитивне враження. Сподіваємос
Pros:

Готель загалом залишив приємне враження. Фото повністю відповідають дійсності, персонал привітний та уважний. Усі наші прохання вирішувалися дуже швидко. Особливо сподобалося, що був організований трансфер з аеропорту. Кондиціонери працювали справно, що було дуже важливо під час перебування. Також зручне розташування — хороша транспортна розв’язка, а сам готель знаходиться в районі Таксим, звідки легко дістатися до різних частин Стамбула.

Cons:

Але є й недоліки, які варто врахувати. Оселя була прибрана не дуже якісно, постільна білизна була невипрасувана. Посуду хотілося б трохи більше. Також морозильна камера в холодильнику була повністю вкрита льодом.

Amazing stay in Taksim!
I had an absolutely amazing 10-day stay at this hotel in Taksim, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough!What I loved most is the location. Even though the hotel is right in Taksim, it is located on a very quiet and peaceful side street, away from the crowds and noise. At the same time, you are only about 3 minutes away from all the excitement and activity of Taksim Square. It really gives you the best of a peaceful and comfortable place to stay, while still being extremely close to everything.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and very suitable for a small family of four or even a group of four friends. The staff were also absolutely wonderful professional, responsible, helpful, kind, and respectful throughout our entire stay.
I genuinely, genuinely, genuinely recommend this hotel. If you see an available room, book it immediately!!! ❤️
And honestly, if I came back to Turkey a hundred times, I would choose this same hotel every single time! 🇹🇷❤️

Trés bien
Pros:

Emplacement proche de la place Taksim et des transports
Les employés sont d'un accueil très chaleureux et serviables et d'une gentillesse exeptionelle Merci pout tout Mossab et Obaid.
Les appartements sont bien agences assez grands pour la categorie a Istanbul et tres propres

Cons:

Les equipements dans la cuisine doivent etre revus notamment la machine a laver qui ne marche pas et la plaque de cuisson qui est tres faible.

персонал очень хороший и цена. но честно сказать лучшее немного добавить и найти отель по лучше. в отеле не работала стиральная машина.

Cons:

отель находися не так уж близко к таксиму. по этой же улице есть отели намного ближе к площади и по лучше, цена примерно такая же. в отеле пахнет сыростью.

非常不舒服的住宿體驗，太髒了

一開始給的不是我們訂的房間，𥦬景是地下室還辨說是，我們訂的明明望出去是鄰居屋頂，而且房間很髒，廁所很暗，前一個房客留下的刮鬍刀還放在花灑那𥚃，廚具也是髒又舊，不敢使用，地板完全沒有清理，毛巾有煙味，洗衣機不能使用，反應後說會幫忙處理，結果拿到的衣服是濕的，而且滿滿的煙味，比原本的更臭，不推薦此間住宿

Pros:

المكان جميل النظافة جيدا جدا واهم شيئ كان تعامل الموظفين ( عبيد و مصعب ) الاهتمام الدائم بالراحة والسؤال الدائم عن الاقامة والمستلزمات في اي وقت تجدهم موجودين حتى في منتصف الليل ، قبل تلك الاقامة كنت اقيم في اكثر من مكان في سفراتي الماضية من الان اقامتي في هذا المكان وهو قريب جدا من ميدان تقسيم ومناسب جدا للعائلات وكل شيئ جانبك شكرا لكم على هذه الاقامة الرائعة وانا من الان حجزي القادم هنا 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and also the rooms.
The receptionists were very professional and helpful and they made our stay pleasent. The location of the hotel was in the middle of taksim easy access to the centre and metro.

Cons:

The hotel was on a down hill and going up was a struggle.

The staff are super helpfull and kind all the hours I love them the washing machine and the hood has a problem but they kindly accepted to do our laundry in another washing machine. It has a good location
