Pros:

Я была с двумя подростками в этих апартах 3 июля на одну ночь. Но нам очень понравилось там находится даже одну ночь. Было чисто , удобная кровать , просторная ванная комната. Кондиционеры были в каждой комнате. Было мыло и тапочки. Персонал был очень вежливым , парень на ресепшене сам предложил поднять наш багаж на второй этаж. Все были очень дружелюбными и помогали при любом вопросе. За эту цену супер классное место и в удобном местоположении. Мы обязательно будем туда возвращаться.

La carenza di pulizia la struttura è un po' trascurata. La lavatrice non funzionava. Mancanza di stoviglie di materiale per le pulizia, peccato perché la posizione è ottima a due passi da piazza taksim

Супер отель и супер обслуживание😍Мы в Стамбуле были впервые, нашли отель легко по гугл картам. Первое, что порадовало - это на ресепшине обслуживание 24/7, в какое время мы бы не вернулись в отель, нам всегда открывали дверь сразу же🤞Второй фактор - любое желание они выполняли тоже моментально😍Нет утюга - сразу дали, не хватало стулки - принесли, хотели вино попить, сразу админ нашел штопор в течение пары минут🔥Полотца грязные, сразу заменили ну и т.п. моменты все супер. У нас еще произошел казус по моей вине, я продлила номер на сутки в букинге, но ошиблась в месяцах🙀нужно было на июнь, а я продлила на июль😵‍💫Хозяин без проблем нашел нам номер на нужные даты в своем отеле и не взял оплату, мы безумно благодарны🫶

Pros:

We felt really comfortable at the accommodation. It was very accessible to Taksim square and public transportation. Shops are nearby and it is very safe and lovely at night. It was definitely a great value for money. I will definitely come back with family.

Cons:

few things can be improved regarding maintenance. I was hoping to see the washing machine working in my room but it was not. But the staff provided another washing machine to use which was convenient for us.

Pros:

Emplacement : proche du métro
Accueil : Amin est très accueillant et serviable et parle bien l’anglais.

Cons:

- Impossible de dormir à cause des travaux (d’isolation de l’immeuble en face) : Réveil matinal (8h). Impossible de quitter l’hôtel avec remboursement pendant 4 nuits !
- Emplacement :
1) Quartier très populaire ou pauvre.
2) Pente très raide si vous avez des difficultés pour marché ( genoux …)
-Arnaque ou erreur du gérant dans l’affectation de la chambre réservée :
Soit 1 Chambre au sous-sol sans fenêtre (que j’ai rejetée),
Soit 1 Chambre au 3e étage avec payement de +80€ /4jours.

80€ payés en espèce sans facture car ordinateur en panne, mais pères réclamation j’ai eu juste un reçu papier sur un petit post-it.

Le pire est que le studio du 3e étage à été visité juste avant de réserver par booking. L’agent de l’accueil m’ a présenté le studio du 3e étage et m’a invité à le réserver sur Booking (moins cher) en affirmant que tous les studios ont le même prix.
Mais le manager est arrivé juste après payement de 4 nuits pour exprimer qu’il n’était pas d’accord avec son employé ; que le studio réservé sur booking se trouve au sous-sol sans fenêtre !!!
Impossible d’annuler. La solution négociée est de payer 80€ pour avoir le studio du 3e étage.
Globalement mauvaise expérience : impossible de dormir et +80€. Heureusement le jeune Amin était très aimable.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение к транспорту, есть небольшой лифт, чистое белье, 2 комнатный

Cons:

Грязные полы и диваны (наверно только пылесосят), стеклопакеты не закрываются плотно, есть одна узкая сквозная трещина на улицу и поэтому шумно, кухонная плита частично сломанная. Интернет часто перегружается. Сотрудник дежурный на 1 этаже курит и дым попадает наверх в номер.

Pros:

It was in a place close to the city center, so getting to the tourist attractions was very easy and not tiring for us. The hotel was a little weak in terms of cleanliness, but the staff were very kind, especially Yahya. He helped us a lot, and we would especially like to thank him the most.

Clean, excellent
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the owner gave me a bigger room instead of my own booked room, the reception was lovely and helped me with all the local restaurants.
