Nice hotel, lovely staff
Pros:

Fab hotel, great views of fireworks even from 1st floor.

Cons:

Sound proofing is very poor. We were next to a triple room which 3 girls were in and you could hear them laughing and screaming at 3.30am. We had to bang their door and tell them to shut up! Not the hotels fault but the soundproofing is poor and if you’re next to a Party Room then beware. Breakfast is at a hotel over the road which is a bit bizarre…

Маленький комфортный отель
Pros:

Удобное место расположения отеля, мост поцелуев, канатная дорога, амфитеатр - все близко. Также рядом много разных кафе и ресторанов, магазинчик, обменник. С балкона по вечерам наблюдали фейерверки. На фото вид с балкона номера. В номере чисто, хорошо убираются, пополняют воду, чай, кофе. Удобные мягкие матрасы, чистое белоснежное постельное белье и полотенца. Нам с маленьким ребенком было удобно, что в номере кроме душевой кабины есть и ванна. Вежливый доброжелательный персонал. Завтрак проходит в небольшом кафе (ресторане) неподалеку от отеля.

Cons:

Негде сушить вещи. Во время нашего проживания в отеле в соседнем здании проводились строительные работы, которые каждый день начинались рано утром. Из-за этой стройки было очень шумно.

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Sunset town with great views of the fireworks from your room every night. Staff are very kind and rooms are super comfy. Breakfast was outstanding! We will be back if we are ever in Phu Quoc again. Thank you so much for your service Zao Hotel!

Rất tuyệt vời, lần sau mình sẽ ở lại Zao khi đến Nam Đảo!
Pros:

Phòng rất rộng, sạch đẹp, thơm mùi tinh dầu, view thẳng ra cầu hôn và có thể xem được pháo hoa tầm cao. Khách sạn ở rất gần Sun Bavaria, rất tiện khi xem Symphony of the sea. Khách sạn trang trí rất tinh tế, giường to, rất êm. Các bạn lễ tân rất hiếu khách và thân thiện, tư vấn chỗ đi chơi, chỗ ăn và mời mình đi tour dạo Sunset Town để check in các góc đẹp. Thực sự việc book được Zao là một trong những trải nghiệm mình thích nhất khi đến Nam Đảo.

An exceptional stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at ZAO and truly hope more people discover this hidden gem. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by its subtle fragrance, and thoughtful cultural details. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. My room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and offered a perfect view to watch fireworks from the balcony. The breakfast was also excellent. With its great location and outstanding hospitality, I would definitely stay at ZAO again when visiting Phu Quoc.

Amazing hotel, highly recommend!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel! The hotel Smelt amazing and the bed so comfortable. The fireworks were right outside our window. We loved staying here and will be back!

Great Value fo money and quaint stay
Pros:

Great location right near sunset square

Cons:

It’s not sea view - we couldn’t see the ocea from 3rd floor (maybe the top floor afford this view) but more than makes up for it with warmth of staff and cleanliness
