Pros:

Prijs/kwaliteit is dit een top accomodatie in Hanoi! Het is gelegen op een goede locatie in het oude centrum. Het personeel hier is heel vriendelijk. Ming heeft ons voornamelijk begeleid en was echt een zeer lieve vrouw. De kamers zijn ruim genoeg, schoon en ideaal voor een lang verblijf. Het ontbijt is ook heel lekker en gevarieerd. Zeker een aanrader!!

Bon séjour.
Pros:

L’hôtel est agréable, bien situé et nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le personnel est également accueillant et les prestations sont tout à fait correctes.

Cela dit, au vu des nombreux commentaires très élogieux que nous avions lus avant notre séjour, nous nous attendions peut-être à quelque chose d’un peu plus exceptionnel. L’hôtel est effectivement très bien, mais selon nous, les avis le présentent parfois comme meilleur qu’il ne l’est réellement.

Nous en gardons malgré tout une bonne expérience et recommandons l’établissement, simplement avec des attentes peut-être un peu plus mesurées.

Great, good value hotel
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great breakfast

Cons:

It’s down an alley slightly away from the main part of the old quarter but this is a minor point.
