Great location in the old quarter
Pros:

Location is good for everything. Very quiet in the evening. Lots of space. Felt like I was living among locals. Access is very unique for me but may be difficult if you have troubles with stairs. Security is outstanding, in the night there are 3 different locked doors to open to get into your room.

Cons:

The bed is good for a back sleeper but not the best for the side.

Vị trí OK, gần hồ gươm, gần nhà hát TP, gần nhà thờ, đi bộ được. Phía sau bán rất nhiều đồ ăn

Cons:

MÌnh ở bên mé homestay,không phải bên khách sạn. Phòng gọn gàng, sạch, nhưng nhà tắm không có chỗ treo đồ, không có thùng rác, tẩy trang xong muốn quăng rác phải đem ra nhà bếp mới quăng được.
Cửa ra vào lỏng lẻo không chắc chắc, phải chốt thêm chốt phía trên mới tạm được chứ chốt phía dưới không dùng được, nếu không dùng chốt trên và dưới thì cửa có khóa cũng đẩy 1 cái là ra
Cưa sổ không đóng được nên không cách âm, bên ngoài có ca nhạc truyền vào phòng đến đêm vẫn ồn.
Bạn muốn trải nghiệm cuộc sống của người Hà Nội trong những con ngõ nhỏ thiếu điều kiệu thì OK, còn muốn một chỗ thư giãn thì không nên. Không an toàn, đặc biệt cho khách nữ đi một mình.

A mixed experience. The home itself was great value for money but let down by the way in-out.
Pros:

central in the old quaters, close to the lake and the church but less hectic. The home was quiet, spacious, quaint but charming with a Parisian feel. It was a home managed by the hotel nearby. The hotel staff were very polite and responsive. We had a few early hiccups with hot water and water but they were sorted out very quickly. The shower set was modern and most advanced.

Cons:

To get to the home, you have to wall through a very narrow alley and walk up 4 flights of stairs, passing other residences. The whole path was cluttered, run down and was somewhat confronting, It took a little while to get used to. Our luggage had to be carried up by the hotel staff.
In the early morning when we checked out, we asked for help to take the luggage down but no one came. I, a small old man, had to carry them down myself. There was a huge bike parked in the alley blocking our big suitcase. I had to lift a 20kg+ suitcase over that bike. Luckily by back didn’t hurt and we made to the bus in time.
The hand basin was draining quite slowly. We had to avoid opening the tap too much.

Hidden Gem
Pros:

Great hidden gem in hanoi. Perfect location. Awesome Facilities. One of the best homestays in hanoi. Excelente lugar un lugar escondido localizacion perfecta. Una joya recomendada por @secretosdeviajeros y no desilusiono. Es facilidad hotel escondido entre las casas.
