E bine dar are potențial de și mai bine.

Accesibil, locație bună, comunicarea cu proprietarul.

Cons:

Deși este o zonă liniștită și e precizat prin regulament care sunt orele de liniște, pe timp de noapte, nu cred că monitorizează cineva dacă se respectă acestea și am avut parte de un grup de gălăgioși.
Ușile nu sunt antifonate, se aud toți locatarii care urcă/coboară pe scări sau ce povești au. Iar dacă se întâmplă la unu noaptea și la patru dimineața cum am pățit noi, nu e tocmai confortabil.
